I dont care for the bathroom situation. Take out one sink and put toilet there. Use toilet room for washer dryer stackable.

Love this layout. I need a little more living space. Cut the porch in half and the bar cut down n no loft for me

@timagehairegoimagechick7115 you can definitely do not loft and a smaller island bar. The porch is not part of the square footage so interior is only 399 square ft
