Great reaction - in answer to your question, it means she sang it in front of the camera without any editing or corrections of her voice, all in one take, rather than it being assembled by a skilled video editor out of the best parts of several attempts. She is just as good as this in live, on-stage performances. Fun facts: Courtney writes the lyrics as well as her vocal melodies - her husband Michael (who plays guitar in live Spiritbox performances) composes the instrumentals first. He plays many of the instruments in their recordings. They both seem the nicest people, too.

Vocalist Tatiana is a force of nature with greater range than Laplante, and the band's musicianship is off the charts. Traditional entry point is 'Pisces' live session, then Perennial live at Wacken, then 'Judgement and Punishment'. But, to compare one takes with this one maybe start with 'Judgement and Punishment' as that is also a one take vocal performance.

Playing God is the name of the song and it's amazing. They are a very tight band and like Jinjer very talented in their music composition.
