The 240 is running again! It was a long term project, but well worth the wait. Assembling the SR was an adventure. I learned a lot and I was able to be comfortable with the build after doing sufficient research. It was a perfect example of a "while you're in there" situation. I ended up replacing almost everything that the engine came with.
Although this is not completely a "How-To" video, I still wanted to show the process from my point of view. There are tons of very thorough write-ups and videos on diving further into the "DIY" side of things. I am finding it difficult to do a "How-To" style video when I am learning some things myself. I feel like I wouldn't do the viewer any favors by attempting to teaching something while I am learning.

How did you have the dealer look up the crank for an SR in the states? They always want a vin number.

There are a couple dealers that help with "JDM" parts and have a following for having inventory of the parts. The dealer I used was partsfornissans.com and they are local to AZ
