Yeah I have terrible atrophic striae all over my body. One day I leaned back to lay down on a bench while working out and I got two horizontal stretch marks the size of a quarter on my (anterior) neck. I’ve been to so many doctors and no one has been able to help me. I can’t even workout anymore because anything I do causes my skin to develop deep stretch marks.
My family beleive this stretch marks was the sign of a overuse of Fat and sign of starting diabetes due to my habit eating food so much it little much. At first I don't believe it quite some time but wanted to know sign of it what actual means. Thanks.
uhhh you're wrong because I definitely have 2 very distinct stretch marks on my neck.

they definitely exist lol i have obvious stretch marks on the back of my neck
I have them on my neck and I’m 15 but it doesn’t stretch
