I had no idea what they were. I have hated my body since then. I am now 53. No one I knew had them. My mom and grandmother didn't. My two sisters don't. My sis-in-law doesn't. She had twins at age 36. They weighed 6-7 lbs each. She was huge. Not one stretch mark. I know other people that don't. Some people's skin elasticity is better than others. Maybe I will try some of this, but it still won't make them go away 😭.

I was actually too sick to even notice them until years later (like 5-7 years!) but at this point, I am 32 so they have been here for 12 years. The retinol cream has somehow made them less white and more cream colored so they blend in better to my skin. I am never stopping it now that I know about retinols for body care. for white stretch marks, i would suggest to go for dermarolling/microneedling or other derma options. none of the DIY recipes work for white stretch marks. i have been looking for years now.

From the research I've done, unfortunately, none of the suggestions would work to remove or take away the marks. Maybe 20%, but nobody has successfully removed them or gone beyond 50% with micro or other superficial treatment, plus the time and years it takes, and the final result is not worth it. The only options are surgically removing them and making sure the doctor is good at concealing the residual scars. They should be as thin as possible, and I'd rather deal with a tiny scar than stretch marks. You can heal tiny new scars. Korean non touristy new clinics are the way to go just need to do more research on them.

Hi, I am male dealing with rosacea redness on my nose, cheeks and beard/mustache areas. Can I use a vascular laser for this redness without destroying my hair follicle??? I don't want to loose my facial hair. No one seems to address this issue for men. Could you please make a video explaining and recommending a laser for this.
I don't know about lasers(sorry), but what I can say is that rosacea is an external sign that something is going on internally. It could be a number of things: hormone imbalances, vitamin deficiencies, food intolerances, an immuno response, leaky gut/candida(extremely common) etc. You should look into getting tests done(with a naturopath doctor). Another bonus is to try(you'd have to make sure you are healthy enough) water fasting. Water fasting is SOOOOO beneficial for all kinds of healing(do the research, you'd be shocked). You may also want to look into the GAPS diet as well, if it turns out your gut is compromised.

hi, I tried the bio - oil , I used the whole bottle after a couple of months but it didn't work. Was I doing something wrong?

It can be used as a very effective deodorant! And works well on your feet as a treatment. I’ve also seen it used for dry flaked scalps
