Hi Gray, I enjoy your videos. I am an Aerodynamicist and a Professor. Some of my videos have been uploaded to the RUclips channel of the University TU Querétaro (but they´re not so cool).
I would like to ask you something simple about this cooling system. 1- I thought the hot air exit from the hood vents, but the image from a CFD shows an airflow inside the fenders. 2-Furthermore, i imagine there is a fan to provide airflow to the radiators when the car is standing still. Am I right? _ Many thx in advance and wishing you all the success!

I miss your bubble tunnel videos, this was possible the lowest cost way for DIY'ers to test aero mods, cheaper than even a student license for a CFD software. Likewise your meticulous systematic walkthrough on each model you had in the tank where you went through the exactly the same test points in each video made the results on each design easily comparable. So if someone wants to build a bubble tunnel a few details in your videos were missing: What was the diameter of the iron wire, or stainless wire you were using? What ballpark current did you pass through it? Was the grounding for the circuit just metal plate downstream laying flat in the tunnel? Did you use AC or DC? How long should the tunnel be after the model to disperse the used bubbles or was there some meshing to break the residual bubbles? Was there any flow correcting baffles, like a stacked wall of drinking straws, upstream of the model to make the flow laminar, or was the tunnel simply long enough to settle down the flow? Finally how much wider and taller should the tunnel be in respect to model size to not influence the results? Thanks for an eyeopener of a channel to educate me on the subtle details in car aerodynamics.

Could you do a video on what your idea of what a racing series that would be close, action packed, high-tech, and allow for lots of overtaking? Preferably closed cockpit, single seaters. Some kind of regulations that keep races close but still allow for lots of innovation and new technology. Also some way to keep keeps from teams dominating entire seasons such as Mercedes in F1 right now.

Regardless of whether electric cars move me the same way, this is a stellar achievement. You're officially an inventor.
You know that every car manufacturer on the planet will be looking at that air intake, right?
