" The word 'racism ' is like ketchup ,it can be put on practically anything and demanding evidence makes you a 'racist ' ".

Only if they don't abandon the hard earned knowledge and wisdom of their elders... otherwise, you just get something like the spoiled, ignorant hippies of the 1960s, or more darkly, Mao's Red Guard in China.

This totally ignores the Tea Party (specifically started to castigate liberals) and worse, ignores the MAGAts. I've tried several times to engage with Republicans and all but a few fall back on easily refuted lies. Do you really think having a polite conversation with Marjorie Taylor Greene is going to make her any less hate-filled and stupid?
I like the concept but I don't see any TANGIBLE results. Kumbaya, y'all.,

The rhetorical polarization is a chief problem. The lack of civility is the foremost symptom of irreconcilably incompatible ideologies.
Those on each side are campaigning for those that aren’t to be demonized leaving little room for those who aren’t on either side. Unfortunately, consensus and compromise have been left out of the dialogue and the Everyman suffers as a result.
I don’t need someone else to believe what I believe. I just need them to work with me to find a middle ground that can help everyone. I find that as a rarity lately.
