So when we are completely starving a major side of ourselves, we WILL be sick. This good sister is describing the HARSH reality of a life focused ONLY and entirely on the material and physical. It is worth noting that if you just listen to what she says, you will realise that the whole path starts at the music videos we watch and the songs we listen to that alter and control our thoughts and desires and hormones. Then you come back to Islam and find that music with beats and songs with bad/vulgar/explicit words is forbidden, and realise how insignificant your wisdom and knowledge are, besides the wisdom and knowledge of Allah.

Hello 3M, As a long-time follower of Mila I can say this episode only showed one angel of her experiences and thoughts, she is away more deep and strong example as Muslimah.
It would be more just if she makes more appearances, she had discussed a lot of topics on her channel especially related to women overall, and even as a man I learned a lot from her reflections.
I would suggest getting her every now and then - if it is ok with her schedules- to represent the female point of view so brothers and sisters who follow the channel can get to connect more with female voices who are real.
