I’m a 62 yo woman , that has been in and out of the fitness as a novice…prior military and most of my family, closes to me, could care less about being real health conscience…I’m better off by setting my lifestyle change in action, without telling any of my family what my plans and goals are, because there’s no accountability or motivation to help me move forward. I just have to plan and go in hard and when I need help with consistency or meal prep etc, then I turn to channels like this or someone knowledgeable in the gym…”Keep it moving forward”. I don’t want to be an aging individual burdening the population or my family.

Bro!!!!! This is the best transformation I’ve ever seen!! The hunger & fatigue when you get that lean is next level!!! The one thing that surprised me was no seasonings and no salt? Especially the salt? Because salt doesn’t have calories? And seasonings barely have “calories” but you can EASILY fit them in your plan while getting shredded! I mean unless you’re eating like a whole ranch packet or something! Still though.. You really don’t have to worry about either of those until peak week? But you still look incredible! Super happy for you! Very inspiring!

It’s you’re doing the right thing 80-85% of the time that’s not discipline. 100% is. And to anyone that says that it’s nonsense doesn’t understand and probably never won anything or have done anything substantial. Motivation is a fool’s game. It comes and goes and so will your results. You have to be borderline maniacal in this game

That is awesome! I’ve wanted to do this for a couple years now. I’ve been studying everything I can about metabolism because even though I just want to push and push, I have a hard time because I was in a car accident that left me with a back injury.
Maybe I’ll be able to build. It’s been super hard, 3 day fasts, trying to figure out the right amount and intensity of cardio, etc. But I’m going to make it no matter what!
My friends and family will say, “Oh you don’t need that.” Well, I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life. I lost a lot of weight but those abs, I’ve never gotten there. I was never the kid with the fast metabolism that gained weight as the years went by. Quite the opposite, I got fed up! I learned how to manage my macros and meal prep. I lost 50 lbs in 2 months. The fitness guys still can’t believe it! But still, I never had visible abs.

My takeaway is you have to be willing to consistently put yourself through extreme discomfort, like the old adage “no pain no gain.” I like your trainer’s philosophy about “lift the same look the same.” I have two questions: Where can I learn more details on your diet and how many days of recovery before you hit the same muscle?

Your transformation is mind blowing and the sacrifices you made to get yourself to your goal along with remaining consistent AF on your workouts and very strict diet shows that anyone is capable of making serious and significant changes for their fitness and long term health goals if they want bad enough are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve it.
Also didn't really get to see too much in this video what your personal trainer had you do as far as Abs training or was it more so directly a result of all the fasted cardio you had to do to get to your goal weight and body fat percentage?

I'm on a similar mission and the thing I struggle with is socialising. This really affects my discipline and routine. So I'm doing things that you spoke about like taking my own food to dinner parties and refusing to drink any alcohol. It's really hard but I'm fucking enjoying my new look and I'm not going back to feeling self conscious at the pool when my kids are asking me to come in. 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

Sick transformation Dan! Well done 🏆
You don’t need to cut out sodium though! Sodium only makes you gain water weight when it’s inconsistent. For instance avoiding it then having a meal with lots of sodium will make you gain water weight. If you had of just kept it consistently high throughout the whole 90 days by salting every meal your body would have adjusted within a few days and water retention would not be an issue. And you would have felt way better and performed better in the gym with better pumps. Loved the video!

I'm 43 5'8" 161 around 11-13% Body fat after I lost 30lbs I just eat lean calories at a 1600 calories max, lower salt, lower sugar and let myself have what I want in moderation since I cut starch, bread to once a week naturally don't drink alcohol, eating out is a once a week with family or less. I workout mostly running 10k 3 to 4x a week calisthenics, dumbbells, jump rope, and Peleton. the goal is to keep track of what I eat and junk food at only a serving size since I got a sweet tooth 😅 Im on my way to 6 figures in Lawncare in my paid off car, 2nd year in 2025 Ill make post & updates, I also use Roadie for around $3 to $500 delivery days optimizing efficient routes with a rental van

I did it all by my self I study my body try everything I found what I need it. This was the greatest moment in my life in which I found my self at all levels. You can do all you just need to study how your body works and very important training your brain and is the must important part. It is all mental. Now I can train anyone because I didn’t all by my self. It is brutal 😊

Was hoping to see you mention your journey with TRT, nothing wrong with it if it’s needed. Just need to set proper expectations for people who are older and let them know you did it with TRT. Most men your age will have low T and this will be very hard to achieve.

It is really mentally tough when you hit the wall, dehydrate yourself not lose weight etc. Especially when you're two months in. Im going to hit the goal two fuks of what the odds are. Thanks for sharing.

New Identify- 100% Dan! At our company, I made a bet with 2 guys who also struggled with their weight. We put $500 on the line and I upped the ante by sharing it company wide what our target was. In the first 2 weeks, we had great success and then, like you, we plateaued.
It wasn't till we got down to the last 20 days that we recommitted to the weight loss (for me, the gym and cardio has always been there- it was 100% on food, salt and snacking).
    My goal was 195 (from 217) a weight I haven't been since grade 12 (now 45).
Funny enough, we're vacationing in Kelowna in 2 weeks and will be first time since having kids that I'll be confident on the beach.
It is the new identity. Sharing publicly and having people you're accountable to- is the only way I was able to stay on track.
    Thank you for sharing Dan

You should probably hire Greg Doucette to help you maintain your physique. His training regime doesn't require you to stay away from healthy foods that actually taste good. You're more likely to stay the course on a diet if you actually enjoy the food you're eating. Eating foods you don't like is one of the reasons most people quit a diet.
