The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich " . These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.
It is remarkable how much long term advantage people like us have gotten by trying to be consistently not stupid, instead of trying to be very intelligent.
The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on government paycheck, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a time to invest in Stocks, Forex and Digital currencies.
Many individuals report success in investing in stocks, forex, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin), yet I continue to struggle. Can somebody help me out or advise me on what to do?
Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.
Over the years, it has evolved. I have come to the realization that you should do whatever you would do on the busiest, craziest day. For me, that's 15 minutes of meditation followed by 20 minutes of reading + 10 mins memory training. before I get to work!
Wake up at 4:30am Doesn’t stairs let the dog out pet her on the way back in drink a glass of water and a cup of coffee Crush through high priority or worse tasks by 7am so that all the draining stuff is out of the way before anyone else is in the office Create checklist for the day Say hi to my wife and daughter begin calling any people I need to call
I'm up between 4 and 5 am, get on my knees and pray, personal devotion with God is out most important , then family gets together for Worship, then I hit the street for my morning jog or go to the gym. The 3 most important things I must do everyday to have a successful day.
❤ Great vid Dan. So many nuggets. Appreciate you taking the time to share. Also want to compliment your editor. The flow and timing are on point. Very well done.
Nice video, I liked the notes you use. I start my day at 8 AM, I exercise in the afternoon and it works for me. I think it all depends on each organism and also on the part of the world you live in, the natural sunlight you have, etc.
THANK YOU FOR SHARING. I am restarting my life at 61. I had to focus on parents' health then their passing in 2021. Still dealing with the estate. I had to let go of everything for 5 years. I did keep up with positive, success strategies from people like Tony Robbins and many more. I had to deal with fatigue and slow mind. I am building now. Having challenges to restart. I have many ideas for products/ services. Luckily, I have a creative inventive mind. I am creating my new life process. Your ideas plus many others will help. OH! DO YOU ADD A MEDITATION PROCESS LIKE JOE DISPENZA'S WORK OR OTHERS?
I love that you watch comedy to go to sleep. I used to watch shows like Trailer Park Boys, South Park and Family Guy to go to sleep - but I stopped because it was a bad habit. Looking forward to getting back into that routine 😁
Great Video, thanks for your guidance. How long does this morning routine last? Is it 1 hour and you start your actually work at 5 am? You mentioned in another video of the scheduling for the day that you use the first 90 mins of the day for the most important thing you need to do. So, that is after your morning routine? Do you do this 7 days per week? Great habits, thanks again.
Tahnks a lot Mr. Martell, I am 25 years old, I was completely lost until now. You are one of my source of inspiration thank you so much for sharing your lifestyle. Please could you recommend us the top 3 books of personal development? Thanks.
Did u know khabib nurmagomedov challenges to cold plunge for 20 minutes in a single session? I’ve tried it. I was euphoric for the rest of the forthcoming 5 days! After 12 minutes it feels hypothermic like and a lot of talking to God and thanking him for strength. But at the end - a feeling of achievement is undeniable! I’m with you brother! Thank you for the video
Great content, I started 15 or so years ago listening to Brian Tracy and have been committed to personal development ever since. My wife calls me a freak, because I can find a positive in almost anything now. Either way, I stumbled upon one of your videos a week ago and have been watching your stuff ever since. Keep it up. Also what time do you get on bed to wake up at 4am?
Hola Dan, te acabo de escuchar en la entrevista de Lewis, no encontré otra entrevista traducida al Español, ojalá puedas hacerla, soy de Chile, gracias por tu experiencia y puntos de vista,
So one thing that isn’t part of the video is how much time is spent on each one of these activities (except the breakfast making). I’m super curious about that. Does he wake up at 4am and by 8am he’s in the office or is it more like 9am? Or 10am?
What was your morning routine on your way to become a millionaire because surely when you’re trapped in the matrix 9-5 you don’t have time for some of these things
Great job Dan, Found your page after two great interviews you did with Tony and then with Ed. God bless you brother. I’m a professor trying to be the rat race. Thanks for sharing your morning routine.
Really valuable content as always Dan. Thank you. Question. How do you suggest starting. Obviously not jumping to all 15 of the habits you shared here, at once? Start with getting up early + one habit? Then when do you suggest adding on the next habit, then the next? (What would time-frame look like) - Ben Laing 🏴
Your Thumbnail needs to tell a story. I have no idea what you are doing in the left panel. The right one makes little sense as to why you would be sitting in a body of water. Is it hot? is it cold? Also it's too busy. Take out the bottom Text.

The first thing I do everyday is wake up too. We have a lot more in common than I thought!

When yoo wake up you start with Jerking off to some worthless porn movie from x something tube

Meal #1 and straight to the gym💪

I'm a huge fan of writing down or downloading onto paper to get some sleep!! Great tips!
It’s the best, closes all open loops
Hormozi tells me to wake up and work. I think I like routine better though. Helps with the negative mindset in the morning. Thanks for sharing Dan
Daily commitments and follow through are as important as getting work done
Read your book and love your stuff man. Thank you for everything you do.
Appreciate you! We’ve got more coming:)

Yep. Biggest detriment when that alarm goes off is hitting snooze.

I always use the open loops analogy, but I rarely hear others say it. Open loops equal anxiety.

I thought you were not supposed to take any vitamins (Pills) on an empty stomach…..
There are some you can, like Vitamin C, Chlorophyll, L-Lysine....but most state with a meal. Vitamin D should be with a meal, preferably.
