From the first clip; Those ERML don't have the halved duration if it's missed. Also I have found 4 LL with the shorter duration and cooldown they have is just like getting close to 4 LPL on a 60-tonner !
COM-2D with BLC -50% cooldown can Superposition with the Decoypartner. Eli Wallace the sneaky rat, Clint "Goldie" can be the face of the OP. With ECM & Stealth armour the Rombo 2nd Blitz can hit unopposed bluffing Desperada as being in multiple positions at once. I'd recommend dropping the two ERMeds. 10 extra heat, slower cooldown than the Blooters, maybe 2smallXpulse for clawing eyeballs out at close range, two xtra heatsinks, bap or targetting computer options. Engine choice is 64kph minimum and whichever gives ya most built in free heatsinks/slottage. Don't have this mech and on phone so no GrimmBuild but a single -50% BLC cooldown is lethal on Rommando. Wait I'll do it on MWO... Huh? IS STD Laser duration + pulse laser is -35%, where binary quirks? I am the confuse🤔

Binaries are counted towards the IS standard laser family, i assume the additional 15% to be from skilling

I have other builds (tbolt,thanny) with hsl+1 using 3 binary lasers that I really like.
