    1 heave spring
    Kneel against the shoulder rest
    Put hands on the rail
    Reverse knee stretches
    Pull the knee under the chest
    Keep the spine lengthen
    (Unilateral - one leg lengthen & switch to the other leg)
    Working the lats - Giving a good balance on your shoulder
    6:10
    Rowing
    Sit tall breath in exhale roll back (stay) come forward
    8:05
    spine tiwst sitting: holding the strap closest to your arm
    Rotate keep the hands same distance apart
    Lengthen up &dont shift side to side
    -> Free hand on carriage
    Press over and side bend
    Push right over head - lateral flexion
    Use the obliques and shoulders

    i love these workouts. I do a circuit between these, the treadmill, rower and stairmaster. Great workout.

      Haha - Thank you! I have those on our app, but, other than our Jumpboard workout, we haven't filmed any for youtube. I'll put that on the list. :)

      Annie Rocks unfortunately we are not planning on offering a reformer only. But keep in mind that all of our workouts come with notes that you can download, with photos of each exercise. In addition, we have an annual option which gives you one month free.

    I'm including this in my class tomorrow. Have you ever designed a class for those with compromised shoulders or total shoulder replacement?

      That's great! Hope it goes well. I have worked with individuals with shoulder issues. But, my channel is for general workouts only.
