    These look amazing 🤩 is there an alternative I can use to sorghum flour please?

      If you don't mind having a dark filo pastry, use either buckwheat or teff flours. Otherwise, try using oat flour as an alternative. The oat flour should have a fine ground texture or your filo will appear gritty. Millet flour is also similar to sorghum flour. Good luck and I would love to hear how your cooking went!
