    I eat teff pasta. It's awesome. The texture is nicely _al dente_ and it doesn't come apart like bean- or chick pea-based pasta.

      Rice seems to create a glue-like effect on the body, every time I eat it I notice such sluggish and slower bowels. I find it challenging to believe that its actually gluten-free. Maybe its the starch levels, not too sure but its definitely mucus forming, Teff would be much healthier.

    I love injera but don't make my own. I eat it frequently at my local Ethiopian restaurant.

    I think I need some superfood. Too much laptop, too much eyeball strain. Was reading "8 things about Jeff, the Gluten-Free Ethiopian Superdude" - wondering if the presenter here was Ethiopian, and named Jeff !
