Grandview apartment residents without water, AC during summer heat wave

Residents of Truman Farm Villas, located at Interstate 49 and Harry S Truman Drive in Grandview, are grappling with a series of problems. KMBC 9 spoke with six residents who described issues with plumbing, flooding and a lack of air conditioning. Several people living at Truman Farm Villas had no water supply at all.
