Hello Ankur, Great video. I just ordered the book. I understand the context you shared about don't consider yourself a Hero. Admit to mistakes you have made. I agree with this part. But I think of myself as a hero in my life where I always think that anything happening wrong in my life or challenges I am facing are similar to the problems faced by a hero in a movie but in the end, Hero wins. In this manner, I easily come out of any situation and remain focused to achieve my goals. This always works for me. Not sure for others.

Thankyousomuch for sharing this book, I have always experienced the odds of saying 'yes' to everything. So it's so important to say NO!
Being an entrepreneur it's important to focus on building than to divert the concentration.
People will come up with things and these can be called as interrupts which may not be important but need immediate attention!

long time ago..based on your recommendation I bought the book and started to read.Honestly at first I found it really boring and nothing relevant to me since I was a student..but keeping some patience I kept on reading it and omg it litrally blew my mind that how much wisdom these 2-3 pages of chapter contains.this taught me that this book has something for everyone.so a must read.

in short, ASAP is a poison, long working hrs & too many meetings are not good, Say no - tell to u r boss NO sometimes, answering emails during working hours are unproductive, planning is guessing : plan less & act more .. meaning more time on execution, inspiration is perishable - do it now, dont wait, don't be a hero or outlier in a team - u will fail or do mistakes but dont continue to do- learn from mistakes. Thanks for short summary

Saying no is a big task, and it's 80% of time worth it.
