I know time and again you've explained how buying and renting differs and I totally live with that but just wanted to know if from any perspective can buying house be considered as an asset (because price keeps increasing).

--- Never stop learning, just get the skill of learning so that you can be the one who can learn anything needed at any point of time (then you are true GOLD!) important one @14:16
1.) Try to find a way to increase the income and reduce !! Have a part of income saved for yourself first then prioritise other things
2.) Keeping money is far harder than earning it, so always have assets with you... Asset means something that earns money to you even after long time when you buy it.
3.) Have side incomes other than job like freelance(graphic designing, video editing) *to make time for yourself and do most valuable investment that is of your time*!!
    4.About taxes..
    5. Don't take anything and sell it in more prices (No trading mentality) , take that thing add some value on it and then sell it so * make the money do not distribute the money!!*
All the best to my past self!!

While this is a pretty obvious suggestion and still a significant one.
The book does a great job of showing the reader how meaningful it is to learn how to manage your money.
That means saving a high percentage of your earnings and putting the money to work in profitable investments.
Kiyosaki says: “It’s not how much money you make. It’s how much money you keep.”
You have to keep your spending down as your income goes up and invest the difference in assets, not liabilities.
While his definitions of assets and liabilities might not follow.
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, it’s practical: assets put money in your pocket, and liabilities take money out of it.
He supports learning to cut your taxes, studying accounting, and mastering saving, then teaching all these skills to your children.
I love all of these ideas, and I’m glad his presentation of them resonates with so many.
