2015 Chevy 2500 Transmission harsh shift, bangs into gear, converter shudder, P0741 TCC stuck, 6L90e

Customer was stating the transmission shifts hard, slips and bags into gear. Check engine light is on and diagnostic trouble code is P0741 torque converter clutch stuck off. Transmission fluid is dark and has metallic debris in it. Verified customer concerns and also torque converter shudder. Dropped the transmission pan and checked for contents. Found excessive metallic debris build-up on the magnet. Recommending transmission replacement.
