I wonder, have you ever tried to hear Isyana Sarasvati? Her recent work are combining operatic voice techniques with almost metalish sound. You should try to hear "Unlock The Key" or "Il Sogno".

Dude, you need to watch the ROCKUMENTARY on VH1 called HEAVY METAL. From Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden all the way through the 90's. SIX HOURS of history.
