3x Mitsubishi West Elevators @ DICEC Podium Building, Za'abeel, Dubai, UAE

The Podium Building is located at the north end of Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre's Concourse 2, and features the Convention Gate of the complex at the north end while straddling the Novotel hotel and Convention Tower. The building linked to the main concourse with exhibition halls and meeting rooms at its base, and housed the administration offices of Dubai World Trade Centre on the upper levels.
There were six passenger elevators inside the podium building, with three units at the west side and three at the east. No dedicated service elevators had been installed. This video features the three units at the west side. These had been supplied by Mitsubishi as with most of the other units within Concourses 1 and 2 of DICEC, but were standard GPS-3 models instead of Elenessa MRLs. They served the street entrance and first two floors of DICEC's Concourse 2 (which were positioned half a floor below their respective counterparts within the Podium Building itself and indicated as "concourse ground (CG)" and "concourse 1st (C1)" floors) as well as the three upper administration levels and the reserved basement parking garage, which was also shared with the Novotel hotel and Convention Tower. Because of the split-level arrangement, they had two sets of doors with the rear door serving the concourse-side landings. These had dark gray plastic surface-mounted COPs, which is a variation on black "waveline" panels used in original GPS installations. They also featured yet another type of voice announcements also distinct from other Mitsubishi elevators inside the DICEC. There were also separate hall stations with badge readers next to standard hall stations on the ground-floor landing, which were probably intended for DWTC employees to access their offices after hours. Their cabs were pretty much identical to most of the other DICEC elevators, with stainless steel walls and floors finished with cream-colored marble. They were a little bit shaky, but otherwise running quite well.
