This is towards the end of the High Republic era, so the Jedi havent had a significant threat in mellinia. You can train and train all you want, but none of the jedi knew how to fight against a legitimate threat, especially one that uses forms they aren't familiar with. Great episode, really showed how outclassed they are
And more than that, he seems to be one of the best characters in years and the most badass Sith Lord we've seen in a long time. Thanks to the outstanding performance by Manny Jacinto. Man really switches his vibe from one second to another. Also, thanks to the episode 6, he is charismatic and brilliant actor.
i read up afterwards on the armor used (not knowing at the time, I guess they had some liberties here in live action, and its still a really cool lightsaber deterrant that would throw a jedi off guard for even a few seconds, it was still some cool stuff though! thanks for checking out our reaction.

I always believed they were in hiding according to the books and comics and stuff since the books include Plaguis and Tenebrous before him laying in wait patience for the time for them to rise to the occasion to return. the rule of 2 is still passed down generation to generation what is lead to believe. I have heard that theory too but when you look back at the episode there is actually 2 hooded figures one standing on the opposite side of the other there in the wider shot, you then see 6 of the hooded figures later on who appear to the the bow women. i think its just a miss understanding as the hooded figures face was in the shadows there, but i guess we shall see how it plays out in what im guessing is episode 7 the 2nd part of that flash back. thanks for also checking out our reaction.
@BretAgeOfGrogu true and it played Kyle ren theme song twice I think he’s the origin of the knight of ren and the first knight of ren and leader/ancestor of kor or he could be pleagus in human form or he could be serving plagues or his master or I think he could be a former Jedi padiwan or maybe sol twin brother that the Jedi hid from him or that dint tell him cuse I bet they took sol and not the stranger cuse they sense darkness in him or he could be a son of one of the witches and survivor cuse one of the witches said that the Jedi want to take our children instead of the mother witches children so maybe he’s one of the children but the witch kept it hidden from other witches and the the ones that were braiding the girls hair were looking at each other after osha said that they were the only children so it could be that they aren’t the only children there but hidden and even the stranger has the same witch symbol on his back of his black shirt the same symbol of the envelope that mae took from osha and then burned it and maybe the stranger was taught by a witch and when he disappeared into thin air he used ether force speed or force dash or force teleportation or force cloak one of them abilities is rare to use and he could be the first ten cuse of his back of his helmet and outfit even I bet the ren from the comic book had and took the same saber of the stranger
@BrentAgeOfGrogu yea that’s why he’s so crazy godlike powerful and i get the feeling that ren leader from the comics had the strangers lightsaber for other knights of rens to follow him and idk who’s master he serveing I bet the future knights of ren and maybe Kyle ren worship the stranger that’s why maybe some of their helmets have the same back helmets like smilo ren and turns out the snowy planet that osha crashed into when she was in the prison ship is the same planet that Ashoka and boy she was with when she first met bo katan and the planet that first showed smilo ren in the mountains and ocean is the same planet that Luke was in during the sequels when Luke was hiding I think the reason smilo ren goes to that planet cuse it’s powerful darkness and powerful light in the planet and island that’s why maybe he’s so strong with some witch abilities

Also as someone in the queer community, the criticism of the show in the way it has been done has actually been quite hurtful, so I appreciate any approach that doesn't reproduce "Disney hates _____ and proof is that they wanted the rainbow brigade" type language. i have to disagree with you on that one. alright, the writing is still terrible, and not much is really that interesting with the lore. But this episode is one of the most insane episodes i’ve seen of star wars. The choreography and action is filled with the whole episode and gives the energy insanely more.

But am trying to be more open minded, and not be in i denial. And constantly belive in prequels. Did u ever see an episode of ahsoka with good coregraphy other than the one episode where anakin and ahsoka met? plus i never said that the serie is good. But i genuinely enjoyed seeing one episode where there was actually something that happened in all star wars series. Trust me man i still think this show suck, but again🤷🏻♂️. Qimir's armguard and helmet are made of kortosis apparently, which resists and short circuits lightsabers.
and is extremely toxic and should have killed him lol but why not just cherry pick the parts they like and ignore the parts they don't

The helmet and bracer is made out of cortosis which shorts out the lightsaber when it touches it

Darth Teeth gave the Jedi that NASTY WORK. Definitely the best episode so far. Jecki fought well to the end, RIP her and the other Jedi.
