What's next on the LIST...It's Star Wars The Acolyte Episode 6 reaction, "Teach/Corrupt." Last episode we left on a major cliffhanger, we can't wait to see what they got in store for us this week.
The Acolyte is set at the end of the Star Wars franchise's High Republic era, approximately 100 years before Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999). It sees a respected Jedi Master investigating a series of crimes that bring him into conflict with a former Padawan learner and reveal sinister forces.

Osha didn't kill Qimir because she actually got distracted by the Sith Rizz. XD
@@hellowhat890 😂 good point. The Rizz is strong with that one
At who wouldn’t 🤷🏻♀️ I would have folded right away at the bath invite 😂
Qimer is obviously older than we think. He said “I was a Jedi long time ago“ When Osha said “I’ve never heard of you”, he said “long long time ago”.
I knew that Sol couldn’t possibly have NOT known, that Mae was posing as Osha, no matter how grief stricken he was. I’m glad that we weren’t let down.
But like I’ve been seeing mentioned elsewhere, it’s telling that they talked about Qimir’s scar in the same episode that we see Vernestra display her light saber whip. I’m seeing her becoming increasingly suspect in what went down 16 years ago. Solid episode.
Wow! I didn’t even think about the saber whip and the scar. Thanks for dropping this knowledge in here.
He found out once she said she was a Jedi, Osha the scene before says she failed
Venistra is 100% qimir old master.
.those scars on his back is 100% a whip lash
adrenaline starts to flow!
I think you’re right about that. I hope we see what and why it went down.
11:39 - in the episode 3 of why Osha failed the test when she was young. Master Sol tried to test her, and she got the question wrong.
Ah ha! That makes sense. Thanks 🙏
@SithList i think she couldn't pass the emotional test. She said she left because she couldn't let go of Mae. Jedi are suppose to detach.
I’d say losing your whole team including your child padawan is more than a fair reason for Sol not realizing the twins were switched
@@carlosandres7006 totally agree!
Osha falls for qimir, qimir dies, osha goes berserk with the dark side.
the padawan was impressed by sol's skills
Jecky needed a fly on the eyeball
We HAVE to find out what happened on Brendok next episode right? Only 2 left, we still need to see that flashback with Kelnacca and Torbin.
Genuinely intrigued to see where this story goes from here! I wanted it to be amazing from the start, but episodes 5 and 6 are making it worth it to watch the entire show!
Totally agree. I was waiting for something to pull me in and episode 5 did that, especially with the surprising deaths. RIP Jecki! I liked the story telling in this last episode as well.
This show may not be brilliant, but God it's fun!
Feels like classic star wars, bad dialogue, odd pacing, but great action, great meaning, and interesting universe and plot.
I enjoyed this EP a lot, but i just wish it was longer,
If this show was 1hr long, i think the pacing and story would have more time to be fleshed out
This show feels like a movie that was forcibly chopped up into TV episodes.
That’s a good take. The endings (especially the first 3) have been abrupt. Also, the pacing has been a little off for me. I wonder how it would be going back and viewing it as a movie.
First time here. Really enjoyed it. You guys are spot on.
Appreciate you giving us a shot!!!! Thanks 🙏
It was called "Teach | Corrupt," not just "Corrupt".
Was it??? On Disney+ it just said Corrupt. Thanks, I’ll change it right now
Thanks again. Fixed it
He finds out it’s Mae when she says she was a Jedi, scene before Osha says she failed to become one.
Thanks guys !!
🙏 thanks mom!!
Skipping over her glance at his junk? I'm glad you did... it's so creepy.
There was a creepy vibe for sure.
Im hoping we see tenebrous by episode 8 what if tenebrous goes after Qimir while showing up with a young plagueis
@@MoreInDepthSW 🤯 that would be EPIC
I think the next one is going to be the flashback.
I think Sol will tell his side or the Jedi’s side. Not sure we’ll get the truth until the finale. Everybody is suspect right now
I think you’re right about that.
@@walteredgar2700 you’re probably right about that but who will tell the real story? 🤔
@@walteredgar2700 yes, it is the same director like episode 3! We will see Kelnacca and the witches with black eyes.
@@SithList that’s a great question! We may have to draw our own conclusions as to which narrator is the most reliable
Sol.. please don’t die..😢
Right! Say it ain’t so Sol!
just how many women (and some men) out there just decided to see Qimir and just turn dark side right then and there in the water pool 🤣😂🤣 i liked the episode, a little slow but its going the way I thought it would, with a switch and potential of Mae turning to the jedi and Osha becoming the Acolyte. cool reaction guys.
Qimir never disappoints 😂❤ I saw the water pool and I said "they are really roasting us uh"
😂 I’m sure a lot of people were very happy with the water pool scene! Thanks for watching buddy. Jumping over to your channel to watch as well.
@@SithList ahh thanks man appreciate the views, also good work on the House of the Dragon too.
@TheSithList I think it’s the same planet that Luke was hiding in from the last Jedi and I think it played Rey’s theme a little and I think those small animals are the same ones Luke drank blue milk from and the one with the whip is qimir former master calling it
I thought so as well but I found out it's a planet called Bal'demnic. This is what I found:
Baldemnic was an ocean planet adorned with rocky tropical islands in the Bak'rofsen system of the Auril sector, located within the Outer Rim Territories. The hostility of its native Kon'me species, together with its extremely harsh climate, discouraged most people from ever visiting the planet, despite the beauty of its giant rock cliffs, pristine beaches, and vast azure oceans. It was mostly of interest to cartographers, xenobiologists, and fisherfolk, until knowledge of the planet's rich deposits of cortosis ore fell into the hands of Sith Lords Darth Tenebrous and Darth
Plagueis.
I had a feeling it’s a sith planet
These episodes are too short.
Agreed
That was quick, thanks guys.
Thanks for checking so quickly.
Thanks to Iraj, Les and Randy! 🌑
🙏 Thank you as always!!!
@@SithList You're so welcome! 🪷
I want a good written show about Qimir without Mae and Osha who are really boring. HIs story is much more interesting....❤ Qimir and Sol are the only reasons for me to watch the show. Greetings from Germany💕
Greetings Germany!!!! 🇩🇪 Thanks for watching with us.🙏 I would love to see that show as well.
Qimir is pronounced "Kai-meer."
I think Les just wanted to put his own flavor on it: 🤣 kind of like Han vs Hawn.
thanks team
Thank you!!!!!🙏
Jeki Stardust !!! And ubra moths from Khofar !!
I'm just tired of the tease of the backstory every episode with cheap, lazy, random distractions to delay it. Once or twice is fine, but it's just getting repetitive and old. Tell us or don't, but stop with the lazy teases.
Shut up pls
I agree with you about that! Just tell us already. We have 2 episodes left, now one of them will strictly be about the flashback.
@@SithListThat leaves one episode for all of the consequences. Probably not enough. Great reaction as always guys!
@@crandleberrysadie Hopefully they can pack it all in the last couple. Appreciate you 🙏
Never has a show stretched out an explanation longer !! I hate this shit !! No action it’s so friigggen lame to not explain ! How many more times is Sol gonna almostvexplain !!!!!
Welcome to the mystery genre
@@xivilai47 Exactly, it's a murder mystery. More like Glass Onion, not like Law and Order or NCIS where every episode resolves itself. They're literally putting the clues in front of you to figure it out and revel if you're correct in the end. Some people are so stuck on the prequels because we all knew where they were going. Anakin becomes Darth Vader. If they would have said, "this show is the origin of Darth Tenebrous". They're attitude would be different.
I'd give this one a 0 out 10. This show is just crap.
I did like you guys but can’t watch yall no more trying to help this show out. This was a waste of 30 min and where is yoda
Go sit in the corner an be quite
Did? Awww, we still like you. Hey, we get it’s not your thing. We appreciate you watching a long with us, hopefully you’ll be into the next series/movie.
