I am a husband, father,& grandfather .I used to sing in church choirs when I was a kid then kept singing a variety of tunes thru the years.I am now making recordings B4 I get too old to pass on to those I leave behind me .It's not professional but it's all I got.Dust In The Wind is definitely in those recordings. I can't hit journey like I used too but can't win them all.lol
this song got me through the loss of my cat Lemmiwinks, he was the first pet I had that I had raised his entire life. this song took on a whole new meaning when it helped me get through the loss of my grandmother. she was and is my only true home. without her I have nothing and this song is one of the very few that helps me think that this is all just a part of the journey we call life 💔 loss is normal and grief is normal. mourning your loved ones has no time limit, just as your love did.

Great tune to sing out of key. LOL. I know how to sing, but have a punctured left ear leaving me a bit tone deaf. Yet I can play the first measure on my guitar. Due to that, I play the C, the F, & A7th. The rest I can play without knowing names of chords to this song! Music can be universal, Peace Out!
Sing and play it a two half steps up. I puit the capo on the 2nd fret and still play the same chords. Just makes it easier to sing. (also no F or A7 in the original version).
