Honestly this entire channel is so weird for me. It's a ridiculously small channel yet it has the same level of commentery, editing, polish, and overall quality I would expect from a channel with at *least* 100,000 subscribers. How.
I still do not understand why you don’t have at least 1k subs, I can tell you put so much effort into scripting, editing, recording gameplay to go along with the commentary, etc it’s honestly a shame

I trained downair on battlefield. You can do downtilt downair from the ground to the first platform. Then you do a downtilt to bring them on the upper Platform.
For training it was nice because you don't need to reset everything when you miss the first downair part.
And it gives a funny leddercombo clip.
Rise Mac main. We shall no longer be called little mac for now we are Big Mac and here to cause some heart attacks!!! Need to start a revolution for the underdog.
Ideas Balancing Little Mac
(Listing ideas plz over up own ideas)
Steps
1. Give his Side B super armor so he can recover and not be gypped. That or allow him to use it again if he is hit. Followed up with up B sooner would help greatly.
2. Change his neutral B into something that can be charged and held. Giving him the ability to recover.
3. Less ending lag on his moves so that when he attacks a player and they simply shield they are not able to grab him so easily. That or make it so his moves push him farther away from his opponent.
4. Give him a special mechanic when he spot dodges, perfect shields that he gets something special that follows more with his game.
( Examples)
Spot dodges= temporary faster smash attack
Spot dodges= strong tilt
Spot dodges= charges up for a KO punch.
Perfect Shields= stronger Smash attack
Perfect shields= charges up KO punch
Perfect shields = more knockback
Perfect shields projectile = able to shrug off one project
Perfect shields multi attacks= temp gains browsers big boy perk.
These are all just ideas that could be worked around or even better ideas.
5. Better frames in his dodges (Getting grabbed in mid dodge sucks....)
6. Being able to get on a platform without using two jumps.
7. A better counter that's not going to kill you if it's used in the air. Maybe make it so Little Mac automatically counters back towards the stage other then flinging him into the abyss.
8. Redoing his Up B would be amazing so he does not go into free fall when used would allow him to use his Side B and Up B to recover in different ways.
9. Less end lag when landing back on stage would allows him shield projectile better or dodge faster.

@@liamfinlay2039 it's been an interesting one. A friend of mine and I started playing online doubles with him to mess around and we both ended up getting pretty decent with him. He's a super fun character. Just wish they'd give my boy his side b back 😂

Peanut (and the Mac community) proved you can get a lot more aerial drift by nairing or dairing before hitting up B.

@@liamfinlay2039 No no you're fine! I love talking about this stuff. I do that almost every time I'm coming back to the stage. The down air boost is great. People get so confused when I make it back to the stage with Mac. Most people run like cavemen off the stage after you when you play with him so a good timed counter can save you in a lot of situations too!
I will admit that a couple of your points are valid such as the d tilt setting up for tech situations on the platform but most of the scenarios you've described require the opponent to be directly above mac or landing on top of mac. At top level and probably high level, anyone who knows the matchup will not land anywhere near mac but instead hang out on the top platform or if on ps2 or sbf, hang out on the platform opposite to little mac's position. Most of the things you've described just don't seem very practical and it feels more like a video explaining how mac is saucy with platforms instead of platforms buffing mac's gameplan. One of the things you stated that mac can use the platforms for is to retreat. Ok, you've retreated to a platform and any aggressive opponent who follows you will make it impossible for you to get down. Forcing you to jump to a higher platform or commit to a dangerous defense option. Another thing you said was mac could use the platforms to chase down landings better. This is completely false in my opinion because as soon as mac jumps to a platform or becomes airborne, the opponent pretty much has a free landing. Not to mention even if mac does have time to make it on a platform, he's still committed to that single platforms and any type of b reverse will negate the juggle attempt. He also has to find a way to make it down once his opponent lands or if his opponent lands somewhere different than expected. This is why FD is more practical as mac can easily chase down landings since there are no platforms for the opponent to land on and with mac's invincible, quick anti airs make it much better. Using up air for platforms can combo sure but pretty much any disjointed landing aerial will beat it guaranteed. I can see your point of view but most of these situations may seem like they will help Mac in an actual match but in reality is just some cute things you can do with him. Almost the whole cast benefits from platforms and MUCH more than the reasons stated in the video. Mac can do SOME things with platforms but "some" isn't enough. Nice video still.
