YOO LITTLE MAC TECH???? I loved a lot of this character EXCEPT for his neutral b for its apparent uselessness, this is pretty eye-opening on how it can be used. Never thought of abusing armor for aerial movement or as an oki tool
If anyone wants to know more Mac tech check out phyto he's doing wonders and has very detailed videos showing off the tech and explaining how to do it and use it. He also goes over platform tricks and other tricks you can perform with his attacks

I swear all the Characters that are Low Tier are not even Low Tier. Take Little Mac and Jigglypuff. Suprisingly these two characters have great games. There is always just one or two flaws that kill the character (Jigglypufff being light and Little Mac having a horrible recovery with even worse Air Game) We've seen that Nintendo is more into buffing then Nerfing Characters. By the Time this game had it's last patch their won't be any character in the Low Tier Sorry this is a Long Comment I just wanted to get a point across. Great Vid like always FrenzyLight. Btw I came with some suggestions on Content. 1. Obviously the rest of the Bread and Butter Combos and the Rest of the Platform Tricks for each character 2. Tech Guides for each character that has Tech or maybe how to do regular Tech in Generall 3. Maybe you playing in Tourneys 4. A World of Light Playthough. Maybe a Nuzlocke 5. Elite Smash Vids 6. Shield Breaks with Each Character 7. Bunny Hood Combos 8. Mini Mush Combos 9. Combos against Super Mushed Fighters 10. Launch Star Combos 11. Beast Ball Combos Etcetera (Other Combos with Items) Remember these are all suggestions, you don't have to do them if you don't want to. Sorry again for this Comment being so Long
I agree. Buffing the worse characters is much more useful than nerfing better ones. If we have a game full of mediocre characters, it'd be depressing to play the game itself.
Nah, not really true. I've been maining mac for almost a year now, and people seem to have this belief that Mac's only problems are his airgame and recovery and that if one of the two were buffed he would be op. Not true, this character is plagued by much more than just what meets the eye.
I'd love to see some mewtwo platform tricks, like where you can sweetspot a platform from with teleport or edge cancel setups, stuff like that. There is also some shadowball tech where you cancel with double jump and it can cause you to instant land on platforms for tech chases, would love to see some applications for that.
People sleep on little Mac all day. I just got my second Little Mac account into Elite Smash. I'll tell you what, the only time I would get gimped off stage was when the match had bad ping/buffer and input lag. The key to his play style is speed and patience. You have to get into people's heads man. Lol.

Ideas Balancing Little Mac (Listing ideas plz over up own ideas) Steps 1. Give his Side B super armor so he can recover and not be gypped. That or allow him to use it again if he is hit. Followed up with up B sooner would help greatly. 2. Change his neutral B into something that can be charged and held. Giving him the ability to recover. 3. Less ending lag on his moves so that when he attacks a player and they simply shield they are not able to grab him so easily. That or make it so his moves push him farther away from his opponent. 4. Give him a special mechanic when he spot dodges, perfect shields that he gets something special that follows more with his game. ( Examples) Spot dodges= temporary faster smash attack Spot dodges= strong tilt Spot dodges= charges up for a KO punch. Perfect Shields= stronger Smash attack Perfect shields= charges up KO punch Perfect shields = more knockback Perfect shields projectile = able to shrug off one project Perfect shields multi attacks= temp gains browsers big boy perk. These are all just ideas that could be worked around or even better ideas. 5. Better frames in his dodges (Getting grabbed in mid dodge sucks....) 6. Being able to get on a platform without using two jumps. 7. A better counter that's not going to kill you if it's used in the air. Maybe make it so Little Mac automatically counters back towards the stage other then flinging him into the abyss. 8. Redoing his Up B would be amazing so he does not go into free fall when used would allow him to use his Side B and Up B to recover in different ways. 9. Less end lag when landing back on stage would allows him shield projectile better or dodge faster.
I'd personally like to see dk platform tech. Ik one thing where from the top play runs off then b reverse down b which cancels on other plat if timed correctly. I think it's a good mixup and it'd be cool to see a video on other stuff like that with dk
Nair can boost magnet hands horizontally, just use it outta tumble or during the rise of a dj. Jump and airdodge will remove the boost but jolt Haymaker won't. And counter to mix up fall speed at a distance is good too
I know what video you're talking about, and it's not that they're irrelevant; they're just much more dynamic and easier to utilize in Melee. Because people are more stuck on them in Ultimate, it leads to a few different options with tech chasing.
Ayo the ending said practice movement with the neutral B, but what frames does it actually have super armor ? Nd how much damage can the super armor TANK? Because I ain't tryna jus throw tht move out nd potentially get punished from a stronger attack, figuratively speaking
The armor starts on frame ONE, and the super armor will only be broken by a move that does more than 9.6%. The threshold also INCREASES the longer you charge the move. Basically, Straight Lunge is a godsend vs characters with weaker but fast individual moves.
I've always thought this but if freaking incineroar can summon the cords of a boxing ring for his side B, then why can't little mac do the same thing for his up B? Yknow like in the boxing ring stage. Its so simple
Where's landing up air and fair set ups at? On BF the fact that he can get up there in one full hop makes landing with it stupid easy. From there it combos just like up tilt and d tilt. Fair > dtilt > DA is my shit lol. Tho this is more _practical_
