I highly recommend that everyone here buys the DVD if they don't already own it, because I just bought it today after searching for it tirelessly and it was worth every freakin penny. The quality of the DVD's picture and sound is amazing and the bonus features are totally awesome.
this is the song that got me into kamelot, a guy used it in his dmc combo video (which, btw, the best one ever, i shat my pants) he mixed it so well with the video, and i started thinking "who does this song?" i looked into it, and BAM, i was a fan. still is my favorite song, and their live performance is so great, i love kamelot

I'm not surprised he was elected "Best rock songer of 2006". Kamelot had a incredible year 2006, and 2007 is really good aswell considering they released a great album!
I think they (Kamelot) have done quite well and will continue to grow in popularity. What I am disappointed about is that I didn't learn of their existence sooner!
I think they are labeled symphonic power metal...I am from the US and older and I literally love this band. My brother is a long time musician and I have a music background from college. The lead singer is one of the best I have heard of any band around except for a few. The band is great!!!
I've seen them three times. Once with Fabio, and twice now with Tommy. I was unlucky enough to discover Kamelot AFTER the last time they came through my town with Khan... If anyone HAD to replace Khan, Tommy does an admirable job and is a phenomenal singer in his own right. I got to meet him the last time I saw them and he's a great guy too. BUT, I still don't particularly care of the direction their taking. At some point (even before Khan left) their music changed.
They opened witht his song when I saw them in Portland back in 06. I was right in front at the stage and the Bassist was right there. I screamed "Bass Rules!" and he came and shook my hand.
Roy Khan you are amazing and I hope you are doing well. I believe that you are doing what you feel you must do and I respect that. Take care of yourself and thank you for the gift of your talent to all of us!!

If anyone ever considers Khan doesn't sound like this singing live and claims it to be doctored should shut up and go to a concert of them. I've seen them live last week and they sounded exactly like this on stage. One of the very few bands who actually sound live even better than on CD. I love this song! Kamelot rules!

yeah man the Mokena show was killer....we stayed till about 3am waitin for Khan to come out but i spose he snuck on the bus earlier, but Casey came out and chilled a bit before we tried to tip the bus over with Tobias lmfao cause he got locked out

I love Kamelot! at first i didn't like a number of their songs, like this one, but they grew on me. The more u listen to it, the better it gets.
