ALthough this tutorial is quite old it has helped me sooooo much to understand more of the abilities of these desks. This desk has the same facilities as many other desks, although a few of them differ in relation to the fader ALL vs ONLY X/Y PAN settings but most of the tutorial can be used to cover the operation of many many small desks on the market. I like this desk due to the pan/tilt joystick to keep on the artist who dont stay in positions they agreed lol. Brilliant tutorial for new users trying to get the basics under their belt before spending loads cash on bigger more versatile desks or software that they drown in.
i had a different version and not being able to make any sense of instructions on a different make and finally give up thinking id never master it or it was not working you have given me hope, thank you , though slow and clear i didn't get it all he first time but i'm beginning to understand as i was once totally confused thank you again
during the pan/tilt inverse setup. he forgot to mention that you have to press and hold the program button for 2 secs prior to beginning the other steps. otherwise it will not save your actions.
the Botex DMX Operator 192 has an USB Output to connect it with your PC it looks the same the USB port can be used to store Shows but it only works with Ulink software and hardware
I was wondering if anyone knew an easier way to transition from a chase back to a scene with the least amount of button clicks, preferably one click so it can happen on beat
sorry I'm pretty new at this, what is that RCA input for? so, if i manually create a show that goes to a certain song, i can use this input to start the show as soon as the song starts, causing it to be in perfect sync??
Good vid. That joystick assembly is cheap junk. Poor design. I just replaced mine; it wasn't deburred, and it catches/locks up-when moving it horizontally.(Pan.)

Because when the chases are on auto it makes it difficult to click the auto off, then go to the right bank, and then click the scene
