Drug abuse can really shake up family life, causing a lot of problems and stress. When someone in the family is abusing drugs, it often leads to a lot of anxiety and emotional pain. Family members might feel ashamed or guilty, wondering if they could have done something to prevent it.
Arguments and conflicts become more common as everyone tries to cope with the situation. The person using drugs may stop taking care of their responsibilities, like helping around the house, going to work, or taking care of kids.
