This song reminds of the sweetest thing ever. My parents enrolled me into a Catholic strict boarding school when I was 15. We weren't allowed to have phones or anything. That's where I met my bestfriend, she and I snuck an Mp3 player and a earphone into the school. There were cameras all around the place, so we'd sneak into one of the washrooms at the school, and listen to this song on loop, while dancing around a tiny cubicle. Today she's in Med school and I'm in Law school 1700km away from each other. But we're still as close as ever. love ya Meg. ❤️

He was a great guy but things just didn’t work out in the end. I learned to became a better girlfriend to my current boyfriend because of it. Listening to this one always gives me reminders of my first ( and only ) love. Idk why i feel like sharing this here, but I'll do anyways. We've been together for more than 4 years ( as friends from school), i moved to another city but we never stopped talking. Lockdown hit, we get through it together and i slowly, slowly, started falling for her smile, her voice and _her_ . The chats, calls, FaceTimes, voice notes, everything about her became my favourite! My sister moved to California a little over a month ago. She did my makeup somtimes she was always really good at it. She always cleaned are shared bedroom, I watched from our bunk bed. She put her speaker on while doing so, putting on old music. Uptown Girl was always my favorite (still is) and somtimes we would jump around singing the music. I was scared of the dark and when we went to bed, she would stay up on her phone texting her friends , letting out quiet laughs, checking in on me every so often. I miss her.
