I love the pattern, the use of my box of 2 1/2 strips too. It’s gorgeous put together. Thank you for your excellent teaching and making these patterns. ❤you.
Your quilt blocks are simple, yet impressive and great for beginners as well as seasoned quilters. And your demos are very good. Keep up the good work!
I don't care for scrappy either, but the star design really organizes it. You can do all sorts of scrappy interiors for stars to use up scraps to include an economy block, another star, multi-patch, or crumbles as noted here.
carolynmills513 I was just going to type the same thing!🤣When she put the star together that was beautiful. So enjoying how creative others can be with scraps.
ONG, so perfect for me. I was looking for a fun donation quilt idea to make as am on a roll to supply quilts for our local fire department for fire victims.
I do quilts but the store bought fabric quilts are never as satisfying as lefts over from past projects...some are 40 years old! And found fabrics... fav is old fabrics from aprons Find perfect fabric...seems no one wore aprons!
A gorgeous star created from crumbs, castoffs, and leftovers! Amazing! 🤩🤩🤩
Love this! I’m going to make this with red, white and blue scraps to make a patriotic star.
I see potholders in my future. Thank you!
