Coyote Down and The Tractor is Fixed!

- I was finally able to take one of the hundreds of coyotes. A male coyote weighing around 35 pounds. It looks like I got lucky since I was reminded the following night of how inaccurate my AR is. Or how bad of a shot I am. The tractor is running fine since I installed the new cap and rotor. I also did my best to adjust the timing to 26 degrees, but it was tough. The numbers on the flywheel were extremely difficult to see.
The buckwheat is growing in all the plots but it's growing best in the hay field plot where we killed the wheat and oats earlier this year. We've only had one rain event since the seed was spread.
The oats are dying more and more in the crash plot after the application of the clethodim. It's been two weeks and it's finally looking dead.

It is great that the camera's picked up that beautiful Indigo Bunting bird, the Raccoon and also the Red Cardinal. Nice to see the Deer coming as well to check out your Food Plot. Congratulations on the nice shot of the Coyote and getting your tractor up and running again.
Thanks! Things went pretty well. I wish I could have taken out more coyotes before the fawns started dropping, though. We'll see what the fawn recruitment looks like in the fall.
