@@mifthasadik8703 Because the purpose is to recover data, not repair the phone. For repair purposes, you can always buy a new phone if repair does not succeed. Expensive fail, but new phone is easily, accessible. "Only" money and pride is lost. If you damage the cpu, nand or eprom during failed repair attempt for data recovery purpose - data is no longer possible to recover. Ever.
Customers rarely request data recovery unless the data is much more valuable to them, than the phone.

Probably the most delicate part of this procedure is the re-balling at 7:00 ... aligning the balls exactly to the die is nerve-wrecking process. xD

Bro, I have iPhone 6s , the iphone display and battery were damaged but when I go to the repair shop he say when we renew it iphone tempreture is goes to very high so we can't repair your iPhone .

19:10 In the video you connect the battery and then the screen, you must do it the other way around and connect the battery last, since you can cause a short circuit.

I am curious about if there is any other way to do this if u only need the data in your phone. Like making a pcb or buying it and soldering the only data chip and other needed stuff to make it work and connecting to laptop or pc like plug in inside or usb? That will be easier if it is possible to do like that..

You have to change all the chips because they are intertwined, the NAND flash (storage) is linked with the CPU and vice versa so if you only change one, it won't work without the other.
Is it possible to just remove the memory flash to recover the data in using a memory card reader ?

So I just did it successfully (with a blindfold) :D jk - Great video, makes sense, but not for the faint of heart. I guess there goes 5 months of photos. Oh well.
After all of that you STILL had to enter a pin for access?!? Ughh can this method be used to bypass my forgotten pin?!?

I have an iPhone 8 Plus. Front screen was replaced with a new one but it’s stuck on the Apple logo screen. Back is fucked up. Took it to my local phone place. They said there’s something in the back, a chip I think, is messed up.
They tried to plug it into iTunes already and it requires the password but screen is stuck on Apple logo. They said i can use the phone without a problem but all of the pictures will be erased.

First of all boot logo after reparing is black but it must be white because iPhone was gold. Second , how you get No Sim status?? Without replacing BB and BBEEPROM you will get wrong pair of SN-IMEI and will be Searching status on the phone

1. Most likely the battery cover was placed. We will report this to our technology department and deal with the video.
2. You are quite right that the IMEI is still wrong, because we didn't replace the baseband. But the original baseband was in good condition, and the phone didn't activated at this step, so it was not seen as searching status. This video is just for data recovery, the phone can not be used normally until this step. Please stay tuned for the further operations of replacing baseband.

Of course sim will not work , you didnt transferee baseband cpu .

You only need baseboard if you restoring your phone. Otherwise phone will turn on without baseboard. Great video

What is a good source of known good motherboard for transplant, except buying complete new phone? I do not trust donor boards for this, they are usually treated very badly after extracting CPU, NAND etc. Alwas missing small things, mechanical damage, traces cut when removing underfill etc.
Some people I saw them using the pre-heater to avoid the heat accumulation on the cpu. Do u know the heat resistance of cpu and A8 ram? I don't know but I feel like 320c is not enough to get the chip out. Could I increase the heat to 350-360c? Many thanks

It was a stupid mistake drowning my iPhone 6 in the sea. I contacted the Apple Care but they said the motherboard was electrocuted and could not be restored or retrieved. What precious inside there was the photos of my grandma I took when she was still alive in her last 6 months before she passed away.
