seem someone has the car's AC operating in reverse. the line coming out of the evaporator to the AC compressor should be cold, not hot. the line coming from the compressor to the condenser to the evaporator should be worm or hot.

Bad diagram w/hot and cool circuits. In evaporator is only cool circuit and in condenser is only hot circuit. In compresor there are cool and hot circuits.

Yes . Correct. After the exp. valve is a cool line , till evap. and compressor. If there is cold going out from condenser , than u have blockage in your condenser .
