    In 2023, IRCC prioritized the following engineering occupations for STEM category Express Entry draws:
    1) Civil Engineers 20012
    2) Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers) 21311
    3) Electrical and electronics engineers 21310
    4) Engineering managers 20010
    5) Industrial and manufacturing engineers 21321
    6) Metallurgical and materials engineers 21322
    7) Software engineers and designers 21231
    Absent from the list are Mechanical Engineers, Chemical Engineers, and Petroleum Engineers.
    Engineer requires 4-yr Bachelor degree in Engineering from university. If you study a 2-yr college diploma, it is engineering technician and technologist, not engineer.

    Hi Coach Mc. Please is it advisable to study MSC in Chemistry in Canada? What is the job market like for chemistry graduate with a master's degree? Also is it possible to take a master's program in chemical engineering with a bachelor's degree in chemistry?

    • @studyliveexploreca
      @studyliveexploreca  Месяц назад

      Yes definitely possible.
      But check your case and what your potential PR pathways are, then you can calculate it.

  • @smwk2017
    @smwk2017 6 месяцев назад +4

    Avoid Quebec if you don't speak French. French is now mandatory for PR in Quebec. Quebec has its own immigration system and does not subscribe to federal Express Entry. It does not have PNP. In 2024, Quebec's immigration target is 50,000.

      go through the different immigration streams and calculate your points.
