Hey mate (if you have access to a Honda CBX 250 Twister 2006 - 8) I would love to see an engine re-build... of even a total full restoration. Love the videos by the way!!!
ive said it before and will again you do nice work sir! watching the teardown and reassembly of this 2 cyl ohv 4 stroke all i can really think of is the engineer worked too hard so many bearings shafts and chains to fail and wear just on the timing side of things a trip to the russian design beauro might be in order for theese guys lol .thanks for the video

Decent video but I would like to advise You to use torque wrench when tightening camshaft caps/journals as torque is a part of overall clearence for cams. Otherwise the may wear out to soon or you can loose some oil pressure.

I'm curios what the set up was tall had to start the engine off the bike all I saw was auxiliary fuel tube an was wondering how tall had a box wired up?

I did this with a 4 cylinder kz650 motor, it’s not too difficult I had zero experience and no manual but I did have ambition and the internet/RUclips

Great Engine the EX500D, just build your own new cooling water tubes in stainless steel (the ones the go with o-rings into the head)
