watching you guys tear down and rebuild these engines is the best, i watched my future son in law try it and now he has a basket case, he was the one who turned me on to your videos and i been watching them since
i wish my mechanic can work with this attention to detail . . . . unfortunately we spend an arm and a leg and yet we never a 100% . . . . after watching this video i came to a realization that, the best satisfaction one can get , is by doing yourself . . . . brilliant video brother . . . Very nice, got gsf 250 myself and would like to ask if you changed any parts and what was your source for them? It is very hard to find parts for this bike.

*I think the video is very interesting, I have seen the whole video and it is simple and understandable, I guess you don't show the adjustment of the valves because it takes a long time. congratulations.*
Excellent video, and youve made a very good job on that motor, looks like you done that a few times. 👍 one of the exshaust pipes cut off and left in the engine, how did you fix this??
How come he installed back all the pistons into silinder block then the head before the crankshaft? And we all see the old crankshaft's metal bearings that weared out still be reused again. Is the any other bearings, seal, etc are replaced with the new one? I'm curious about what's the true point and meaning of the word "engine full restoration" in this video. But anyway, nice cleaning and paint job. Well done 👍🏻 And sorry for my english.
I am looking to buy a Bandit gsf250, since in my country they are quite well priced and I wanted to know what is the average useful life of your engine in km
Pause the video at 25-42, he's made a clutch cover gasket out of something, and none of his gasket surfaces are cleaned properly. I don't think I've ever left a negative comment on this type of video before, I'm all for being creative, but nobody should ever take this as an example of the right way to rebuild an engine, only work to these standards if you are desperate and have no options, and don't expect the finished job to last too long.
@@BR1883FC That's the problem for this bike, you can't find gaskets or original pieces nowhere, you have to be creative, i agree it should be cleaned properly
@@NagaManu90 If it works as well as a new gasket why is there white gasket sealer over every surface? This is a poor job and not a good example to put on the internet of how to repair an engine. Only work to these standards if you have no choice at all. And remember to clean your gasket surfaces properly.
First time seeing a Suzuk bike thati have inline 4 250cc engine, I hope Suzuki will produce again this kind of engine as a rival to the zx25r in the kawasaki
