This Kawasaki doesn’t have a EGR system, the block of plates are from the factory. I don’t really see a reason for me to order a used EGR valve and then try to retrofit it on this bike.
Just in case: er engine cap has a two pipes goes onto the filter box. This is not egr, just crankcase gas pipe. If you close this caps on top of the head all pressure will go from the breather onto the filter box, but with oil
“T” on the rotor means the top dead center for piston nr.2. To set the timing correctly, you need to set the crankshaft to “C”. That puts it on TDC for the first cylinder.
