At 51, I decided to teach myself to sew and quilt. Thanks to multiple YT channels and June Taylor products I have been able to start teaching myself to sew.
You are such a joy. I just recently had my 68th birthday and I can tell you….I never want to stop learning, I see some others my age just coasting thru retirement doing nothing. Hubby and I just recently bought 70 acres and last week we just built an small addition on the house we keep busy and learn new things everyday. Good for you, for learning all the skills we all need. And by the way….your pie looked delish. 🌷🇨🇦

Honestly, that is the cutest skirt I’ve ever seen!!! I love the bow detail on the side. I thought it was gonna look too bulky when you were talking about it, but it doesn’t. You look fabulous girl.!!!

I got a sewing machine and I can't figure it out I've watched a lot of videos but it just doesn't make sense having family that knows and helps is priceless
It's interesting seeing how different we women make apple pie😊 I've never cooked the apples first, always mix with flour and sugar and add to the crust raw. I'm sure both turn out great!
