Needs a double cut and a Merry Go Round. A chipper for slabs and an edger might help. Nice Carriage though. It appears the Sawyer is still getting used to it or you would need more than two guys down there stacking. Nice Mill, the set up after it is poor and Im sure its already been changed.
Seems rather slow in action for new machining. Efficiency could be increased by using a double edged bandsaw blade so cut could be made during each pass of the carriage. This would probably be OK for a low-budget mom and pop operation but would not be usable for a high production operation. The machining of the equipment looks to be strong and accurate and shows smooth operation.
If it wasn't so slow and had the right support equipment it would be a good sawmill setup. Looks to be quality built. But cutting at the rate in the video you would never be able to keep up with production demands.
