Hello. Will it be possible that during the implementation, all furosemide, ramipril, and bisoprolol will be given in your due time? If that happens, what are we going to do since all of them lowers blood pressure. Thank you
@@rhissamsabado617 yes it is normally all these three drugs together die at your time a d you expected to give them it is very similar in the SDH scenario, personally I think the NMC drug charts are not always accurate to clinical practice, all you need to do is ask for the blood pressure to demonstrate you understand the impact of these drugs and the examiner will say it is normal so go ahead and give all three otherwise you can be failed
@@sulochanamadushani2105 if you are adult OSCE you always normally have a patient actor and you will assess and verbalised exactly how the actor is presenting if it is a manikin again just verbalise that you can see and hear and if the examiners wants you to have additional information they will tell you. So you would say I can't heat and respiratory noises such as ..... you still need to verbalise the full assessment
@@sulochanamadushani2105 hi document and verbalise monitoring frequency, escalation exactly as the NEWS policy but you can verbalise that you are going to discuss with the Dr, as despite the low NEWS you are concerned saying you will come back and assess and offer to sit the the patient upright. It is important you follow the news as you are being assessed you understand this but if you have a clinical concern you verbalise what you would do
