Genuinely, I hope Nick Landis breaks into actual voice acting.
His version of Vegeta is genuinely my favourite, while yes he's crazy funny he has some of the best deliveries in the series. That scream during the final explosion was insanely good.
And he's got some insane range, when i was younger watching the series i could tell he played Vegeta and Piccolo... But damn i was surprised with roshi and krillin lol
Just to note, I'm pretty sure he's doing Babidi here too. I've also heard that Chris Sabat named him as the one he'd like to take over for him in the official dub should it come to that.
There's one deleted scene from the Buu Bits that has my favorite Lani delivery in any of them. Right after he goes Majin, Goku asks Shin to remind him what the M stands for, and Vegeta just says, "Mine."

The voice acting here is superb. I absolutely adore Goku’s chuckling under his “oh no!” When Vegeta is being possessed. Just such a great detail that truly makes the perfect difference in dubs. It makes me love this character just so much.
Krillin: "VEGETA NO!"

Guru dies before Frieza is defeated due to a broken heart and stress brought on sensing his children's deaths at the hands of Frieza and his minions. His Death was after Two Wishes had been made with Porunga and before the Third Wish was done. This meant that if Guru came back, so did Porunga, and a third wish could still be granted.
King Kai chooses to revive Guru and all the other victims of Frieza's army with the Earth's Dragon Balls (Shenron) so the Namekian Dragon (Porunga), would be brought back. Among those "Victims" on the List was Vegeta. He was killed by Frieza, after all.
And to fans of DBZA: I'm sorry, but for Semantic Reasons and despite being hilarious and constantly quoted, Nappa was not on the List. *Tosses Nappa out the Club.*
The third wish left is used to transport everyone on Namek to Earth. Goku and Frieza were specified to be excluded. So while Vegeta has been directly affected by both Dragons? Shenron was the one who revived him and Porunga was the one who teleported him.
It's unfortunate, but if Vegeta were slain once more, Shenron would not be able to bring him back.
I can see Shenron stating he can't, and one of the Crew sweet-talking Shenron into explaining why he couldn't.
"I remember every wish I've ever granted. Yes, I can verify that I HAVE brought back Vegeta, and *Eyes Glow* Nope, still can't bring him back again. There's a Cell Jr. running around, though. Calls himself Vegeta Jr. Miiiight want to do something about that."
Shenron (One Wish) can revive Many, but each one of the Many can only be brought back once.
Porunga (Three Wishes) can revive only One at a time, but they can be brought back multiple times.
"Where" they appear when brought back by Porgunga is random unless specified.
2nd Shenron (Dende as Guardian) has Two Wishes. Even with +1 Wish, the Dead can only be brought back once.
So if a bystander died during the Saiyan Saga and again by Cell? Tough.
If someone died by Cell and again by Vegeta having his rage tantrum? Tough.
If someone died to Androids and again to Majin Buu? Tough.
You forgot one bonus scene...
Son Goku: "Wait, what does the M stand for again?"
Majin Vegeta:".....Mine"
