Background music so irritating. As I have aged I have gotten super sensitive to background noise. Likewise, people with hearing aids have a hard time with any background noise, regardless of age.
I totally agree. It's one thing to have a little music at the beginning or the end of a video but during the entire time it's extremely annoying. My mother wears hearing aids and she is always complaining about background music!
Even in my early fifties I found the background music to be very distracting and I am unable to learn anything or focus at all on the subject matter. As soon as I hear loud music the beginning of any video I know it's content is not worth the aggravation of me having to re-watch it two to three hundred times to try to focus or type what they were saying so then I could read what I typed and then try to digest the content. Everyone knows that unprofessional videos contain distracting music so one would never be able to retain any of the content which is why they have to re-watch the video several hundred times to be able to derive any valuable information. I remember when I worked managing staffing agencies in Irvine California I was a participant in a study over a 5-year p e r IOD Of time where we were taking tests everything from typing test to reading comprehension and also sitting in a class and having to try to remember the subject matter. Students in the class with that background noise were unable to comprehend or grasp the information as quickly nor did they retain any of the information which was given in the lectures. When videos play that ALL TOO FAMILIAR distracting noise, I always PAUSE the video and just read the comment section so that's where I get most of my information if video plays distracting background noise. Same with ads... NO MUSIC, I BUY... NOISE... I REPORT AD OR SKIP.

Agreed. It is so distracting, I often have to discontinue listening.😖
Terrible and pointless background music.
Is there anywhere I can get this information without having to be distracted by The Annoying porn music?
What's that useless crazy background elevator music?
More like 70's porn music.
