I haven't heard their newer stuff, but what I will say is if this were me suggesting BFMV, I would've gone with something older; Hand of Blood, Four Words (To Choke Upon), Tears Don't Fall, and Scream Aim Fire are all much better examples of BFMV's vocal chops in my opinion.
I feel like this band is an embarassing reminder of things I liked as a teen. Older stuff was definitely better for a reaction however. No matter what though, it's a very nasally and distorted...and there's lots of studio production added to their vocals.
Oh wow! We're skipping over "Tears Don't Fall", "All These Things I Hate", "Waking the Demon", and "Scream Aim Fire", and going straight to "Knives" first 😱😬
Anyone starting with BFMV absolutely *has* to start with Tears Don't Fall. It's the perfect song for a band with a name like theirs, and it's absolutely ICONIC. Also of note, a lot of the backing screams are done by their bassist, Jamie. Some of it is certainly vocal layering, but Matt and Jamie are a duo straight out of hell with their vocals. "Your tears don't fall, they crash around me."
Would be interesting for a react to cleaner vocals of “Hearts burst into fire” or “Tears don’t fall”. This song while current not a true picture of Matt Tucks’ vocal range. Love your reacts as usual though!!! 😊
OH MY GOD I clicked this immediately, I love your channel and Bullet is my favorite band! I’m seeing them headline soon and I’m so excited. Do more Bullet pretty please, something off their first album would be great!!
For reference, the name Bullet for My Valentine is most thematically tied to the first and second EP and first album. Hand of Blood lyrics "There goes my valentine again / Soaked in red for what she said / And now she's gone!". Pretty one to one reference to the band name. Almost the entire The Poison album is about toxic relationships. Every song but 10 years today seems like its connected to the same theme. That one is a different type of grief altogether. Even the bonus track "My Fist, Your Mouth, Her Scars" is about beating a man half to death over the man putting hands on his girlfriend. The metaphorical bullet is still for his valentine but "on behalf of" instead of "directed toward". From the second album forward the overarching theme is not as set in stone, though when they revisit that theme the song always seems to be good storytelling, incredibly aggressive, or some combination of both.
Bullet has done a lot of different style over the albums. The middle ones are particularly softer and less harsh vocals. Matt also had a surgery on his vocal chords after their 1st album and could barely project his voice for a while at all after that. An interview with you and him about that would be amazing!
As many people already said here, their older stuff is a lot more intense from a vocal perspective. His screams were so intense on the first album and tour cycle, that he passed out while recording, doing the intro scream to "Tears dont fall" for example and eventually lead to him losing his voice completely on the albums tour. He had to build it back from the ground up. So he is definietly using his voice in a lot safer manner now, than he did "back in the day".
@ninjafang What a place is the internet, right ? Having someone comment under my comment, who actually saw them when they were that new, wow :D Lucky you ! And i actually watched that video that you linked, before i posted my comment, to fact check myself/refresh my memory about this vocal incident he had. By the way i was 10 in 2006 and had no idea this band existed 😅 Cheers !
What you said about Matt blowing out his vocals, if you listen to Eye Of The Storm from Scream, Aim, Fire! you can hear his voice giving out. So not only was he wrecking his voice on tour, but he was still pushing through it during recording for the follow up album. Thankfully he worked on his vocal technique and endurance, and now they are putting out probably the heaviest stuff they’ve done since SAF
Yes, I definitely love to hear your take on Tears Don’t Fall, All these things I hate, Your Betrayal, Scream, Aim, Fire, 4 Words (to choke upon), and Waking the Demon!!!
Many of their older songs showcase his clean singing much better than their recent releases, and imo his cleans have always been his biggest draw as a vocalist.
Love this band. I've been listening to them since about '05. Curses, Hand Of Blood, All These Things I Hate, Venom, and so many others are so theraputic when I feel a certain way. I love how Matt Tuck doesn't seem to lose his accent while singing. He keeps the Welsh accent while doing vocals for the band. It's also amazing how his voice is still so strong after he had his tonsels removed. I heard his voice when they played an acoustic version of Tears Don't Fall about a week after the surgery. You could definitely hear the difference, but he was still maintaining the entire time. Keep it metal. \m/
I highly recommend reacting to Apocalyptica - 'Bittersweet' feat. Lauri Ylönen & Ville Valo This is the best combo of voices, I got shivers every time i hear this song
Good Welsh lads BFMV. My best mate was a huge fan of theirs and after he died BFMV lead singer/guitarist took a picture with a supporting message specifically about my mate. Massive respect to them for that.
Never would've thought that I'd see a vocal analysis of my favorite band here. Sweet! However, this song is probably not gonna paint enough of a picture to really understand what Matt is capable of. I'd recommend the song "The End" off their first record "The Poison". It has equally calm and aggressive parts, and it is an interesting and storytelling song for sure. It just has a little bit of everything. If you want to delve more into his cleans, "Venom", which is the title track of their fifth record, is probably a good one. There's like one harsh vocal in it, which also happens to be pretty good, but that's besides the point. "The Last Fight" from their third record "Fever" also has some really good cleans. If you're looking for more harsh vocals, "Her Voice Resides" is very likely what you're looking for. That song also has a very beautiful intro, which is a seperate song on the album (also "The Poison") and I would really recommend to listen to as well, as it just is part of the song in my eyes. Lastly, I'd like to thank you for doing these in-depth videos where you really take your time and dive into small details a lot of listeners won't even notice. Keep it up! Warm greetings, a silent viewer
The band that got me into Metal originally and still one of my all time favourites! Just a bit of a strange song choice for a first timer. You should definitely check out some of their older stuff like "Tears Dont Fall", "Scream Aim Fire", "All Those Things I Hate" or "Hand of Blood". Also "Hearts Burst Into Fire" or "Road to Nowhere" for their softer sound. Basically anything from The Poison, Scream Aim Fire and Fever would be a better reflection of their general sound and Matt´s clean vocals, I think. ^^
I got to see bullet at the roundhouse earlier this year, and they were Amazing!! You definitely need to check out tears don't fall and Scream Aim Fire.
I didn't even notice their panning is so off the charts untill I saw you react to it just now.. Especially the amount of 'knives' that kept sweeping from left to right, just before the breakdown at the end.
For your first BFMV you surely picked up the wild one :D I recommend to listen to my personal favourite (because of the lyrics) Dead to the World.....or Hands of Blood or Curses or their most known Tears don' fall are great as well :)
I was incredibly pumped to see your reaction to “Knives” as opposed to their earlier catalog. I love much of their music, but this song and CD in particular is brilliant. Their best, IMO.
I agree with others. You have to check out their older stuff. Tears Don't Fall. Etc The older stuff is a better blend of the screaming and clean singing, which is personally my favorite sound of theirs.
@Elizabeth - I love love love how you understand and appreciate this genre as an art form. You validate what I have felt about it for last 40+ years. ;) I cannot praise what you are doing enough. Thank you!
One of my fav bands of all time have bene rocking with them since the 2000s. Matt is a gifted vocalist not only on his screams but his cleans. And Padge is an awesome guitarist. You've entered the wormhole of BFMV now
Love to see you diving into so many areas of metal music. These guys are icons and were probably a big part of so many people in this community's childhood so I do hope you check out their older stuff. You should check out the one take performance of a song called Surrender by Resolve, it's gorgeous. I think he's one of the best new vocalists in metal and it's filmed on a beautiful mountain.
Definitely think you should check out the songs other people have mentioned but I'm surprised I didn't see Hearts Burst into Fire. That song I think would be another great intro song to them if you wish to hear clean vocals and a very sad sounding but upbeat song.
Bullet have been one of my favorite bands since 2006. They were my first concert back on 2010, and I just saw them a week ago on their most recent tour. Still absolutely amazing live, Matt and Jamie are phenomenal together.
Mornin’ EZ!! I am actually home to see your PREMIERE!!! Yesss!!! Keep rocking on opera lady!!! Much love, gratitude, and respect!!! Love this song!!! The raw intensity makes me happy!!!! Have a splendid day! Nutella rocks!!! 💛🎧💚
Greetings from Portugal! I love your reactions! Thanks to you, I got hooked into the RUclipsrs / singers / musicians reaction videos 😅. Regarding Bullet For My Valentine, I would suggest something older like Waking the Demon, Your Betrayal or, even better, songs from an album called the Poison (Tears don't fall, Hand of Blood). We are happy to have you in our metal family! Keep up with the amazing work!
You should also listen to there older songs like: My Betrayal, Temper Temper, Tears Don't Fall, Waking The Demon Four Words (To Choke Upon) and the full album of Vemon. My first 2 songs of BFMV were Tears Don't Fall and Waking The Demon. They are such an amazing band
Matt Tuck is well known for his cleans, his screams are decent but his cleans are so unique and catchy. Even if you make me listen to any Bullet songs that i haven't heard of , i will definitely say , hey that's Matt Tuck. His voice is one of a kind, glad that you are doing a Bullet song
idk screams are such a matter of taste and I absolutely love his sound especially in the early work. check out no control of their first EP. killer voals.
Please react to Tears Don't Fall (acoustic version). That song was a classic with the original and the acoustic version just adds another layer to it by stripping away the heaviness of the electric guitars.
The live version of this song is mooore amazing! I can only recommend that one over this one. I love your REAL metalcore moments during listening ( : That is how you do it!
Right ? Glad to know I wasn't the only one to freak out XD And yes we absolutely NEED more BFMV, especially older songs like All These Things I Hate that represent the band's sound more accurately. Any song would be great imo but knowing the range this band covers, only listening to their more recent material wouldn't show Bullet's versatility \m/
It would be amazing if you could analyze some of the stuff that they had when I was listening to them as a kid. Anything from the albums The Poison, Scream Aim Fire, and their first EP Hand of Blood!
Oh boy would it be a time for an old time classic at some point. Gojira - The art of dying is something you should definitely check out at some point. Not only vocally, but as well as instrumentally, lyrically, and musicianship-wise it is an amazing song.
Ahh BFMV one of my all time favorite metal bands. Listen to them regularly. If you wanna hear more of Matt’s vocal range and prowess you gotta do Waking the Demon, Scream, Aim, Fire, Tears Don’t Fall pt1 and 2, All these things I hate, 4 words (to choke upon), Hand of Blood, All These things I hate, Hear burst into fire. Just to name a few lol
I would love to see a reaction to songs like Your Betrayal, Tears Don't Fall, but also songs like Breathe Underwater, A Place Where You Belong, and Venom. I love your channel and I've been waiting for your reaction to Bullet for My Valentine.
You definitely need to do more Bullet for my Valentine! Some song I'd suggest are "Hearts Burst into Fire," "Tears Don't Fall," "Your Betrayal," "Waking the Demon"!
Super excited to see this reaction on my feed! I would highly recommend checking out Bad Omens. I’d love to see your analysis on his vocals. Just to list a couple songs off the top, Dethrone and Death of Peace of Mind.
I'll mention the obvious, Tears don't fall, Probably the best introduction to bfmv, there's also an acoustic version. I haven't seen mentioned, Forever and always is a great vocal song, also has an acoustic version. And hearts burst into fire is quintessential bfmv.
This doesn’t even begin to touch Matt’s range listen to tears don’t fall, your betrayal, breathe underwater. It’s a bit of everything and not just this vibe that is metalheads of course love.
Elizabeth, I am so happy that you found BFMV and had so much fun with this song. BFMV is probably my 2nd favorite band behind Trivium (HIGHLY recommended) so it's always nice to see people enjoy them. As you've seen from other comments, this album is the band's newest and a definite return to their roots. It would be very fun to watch you continue your discovery of the band in reverse order of their record releases. Before leaving this album I'd recommend listening to 'Rainbow Veins'. Going to their album Gravity, try 'Over it', 'Don't need you' and/or 'Piece of Me'. The Venom album has many good tracks such as 'You Want a Battle (Here's a War)', 'Worthless', and 'Playing God'. For Temper, Temper check out 'Dirty Little Secrets' and 'Saints & Sinners'. Fever (my favorite album of theirs) you can't really go wrong with any tracks but highlights include 'Your Betrayal', 'A Place Where You Belong', and 'Pretty on the Outside'. The band embraced their thrash-ier side on Scream Aim Fire. Try 'Scream Aim Fire', 'Waking the Demon', and 'Hearts Burst into Fire'. The Poison is BFMV's breakout album, the one that firmly got them into the metalcore scene. I'd recommend listening to the entire album front to back if you have the time. So many good songs. Though the 2 that likely stand out the most from a popularity standpoint would be 'Tears Don't Fall' and '4 Words (To Choke Upon)'. I hope you continue to check out the band even if you don't do video reactions for them I think you'll have a lot of fun. Thanks!
Listened to Bullet for my Valentine back in the day, this song is newer than what I've heard, but I can totally recommend some of their older stuff. Tears Don't Fall, Four Words (To Choke Upon), Cries in Vain, All these things I hate (revolve around me),
Caught them a couple weeks ago opening for Megadeth on the 1st show of their current tour. Also 1st show for BFMV outside the UK since before Covid, and they came out with wild energy, little pent up maybe? 😆 Anyway, they kicked ass with the new stuff and their classic BFMV favorites.
They were my first concert ever back in 2010, I was 18. I had a blast and fell in love with live concerts at that point. My favorite song from them will always be Waking the demon, check it out !
So happy you liked Bullet, I actually went on their concert erlier this year and they were absolutely incredible. You should definitely react to some of their older stuff, "Tears Don't Fall" is an absolute must, also "Waking the Demon" ,"Scream Aim Fire" and "Hand of Blood" are amazing, I think you would enjoy a younger version of Matt's vocals a lot 😊.
If you want to hear them go a little softer the Hearts Burst into Fire is a great one. My personal fave by them and one of my personal faves in general.
Dude i LOVED BFMV growing up. I drifted away from them after Fever. I don't exactly know why either but they still go hard and the breakdowns and growls (at least in this song) are sooooo GOOD!
One of my favorite bands!! They have changed their sound a little over the years, you definitely need toncheck out their most popular song Tears Don't Fall but I also feel like you should check out, waking the demon studio version then compare it to the music video, another popular song, and fever or your betrayal.
Can I recommend if you analyze them again, the song "Tears Don't Fall" or "Scream, Aim, Fire," yes it's overplayed and I don't care. Also, there is a really good video of them performing Live at the K! Pit where they play in a dive bar in London. Super neat to watch and I think the analysis would be great on them live.
One thing I love about Bullet, they will play wherever… I’ve seen them play at Wembley Arena to about 10k people, at Download Festival, a few standard sized (2k-5k capacity) venues, and at a couple of cramped little nightclubs to 100-150 people. So whether a full arena, a festival, a standard music/arts venue, or a dive bar/nightclub, they aren’t “too big” to play them.
Great analasys as always! I know some youtubers "count" the times something is suggested, so just in case that's how it works here too I'm gonna put my suggestions for music in this video too: In Flames - Alias Celldweller - Eon "Alias" is one of my favorite songs of all time and I cannot recommend it enough! If this is the wrong way to post song recommendations, I'd like to be informed on how to best proceed. If it's fine like this, I'll just wait and see!
part of my "adolescence, I heard and watched the band grow musically, this last album that has this song is simply fantastic, seeing this analysis of this wonderful woman who feels the music is incredible.
I think it's pretty kool that you started with knives. It's off their most recent album and is different from what other reactors may do. Watching a reaction of a older song is still badass but at the same time you kind of already know what to expect.
Wow new lighting in the studio, looks awesome Elizabeth. If you’re looking for metal with romantic elements, death/doom metal band My Dying Bride are a great choice.
The song is a banger, but there are about a hundred other BFMV songs I would recommend for a vocal analysis over this one. Anything from the first or second album for sure. The vocals are really low in the mix in this song and they are mostly just whispered growls. It's a missed opportunity here.
I saw them live a while back. Didn't know much about them but I went because one of their support acts was Jinjer. Went for Jinjer, stayed for BFMV. They were very good (and it was a local gig for them in Swansea; they're from Bridgend, South Wales). This is, it seems, one of their more extreme songs, they seemed more classic thrash to me.
Oh my god they used to be my favorite band of all time, and the first proper metal show I ever went to. I feel like as a vocalist, you would like their albums “the poison”, and “fever”. Your channel rocks and I’m always so excited when you upload
If you want a really good showcase of Matt's clean vocals, Road To Nowhere is a fantastic song for it. It's also a pretty damned good ballad in general.
Since my childhood I have loved this band, my musical taste has gone through many genres over the years, from artists like Gregory Porter, Norah Jones, Jinjer, 2Pac, Luciano Pavarotti and most recently Sofiane Pamart. But every now and then I come back to Bullet for my Valentine. Edit: But only the old albums - The Poison - Scream Aim Fire - Fever- Temper Temper.
Hand of blood, no control, four words to choke upon, suffocating under words of sorrow, all these things I hate, spit you out, waken the demon, the last fight, a place where you belong, dignity, no way out, skin. There are so many gems from their catalogue that you would have a field day with
Bullet has various degrees of lyrical and vocal depth, this album was the revival of the "old Bullet" with new modern metal elements. Now that you were presented to it, wellcome! And now before you check out the most well known songs like "Tears don't fall", please go for "10 Years Tonight" and "The Harder the Heart", they are such bangers regarding both Matt vocal performance, and meaningful lyrics
I recommend anything from their V album or fever album (except maybe the song titled fever, a bit explicit) and if you're wanting to hear more clean vocals, the gravity album is kinda their black sheep album that has a lot of fans divided A place where you belong is probably my favorite song from them, such a beautiful song
Gravity for me was Bullet trying to be Bring Me The Horizon… it sounded like BMTH but with Matt on vocals instead of Oli. BMTH’s evolving sound expanded their fanbase and even poked into the “mainstream”, and a few bands tried to copy that, without the same success. I would say it was that departure from their normal sound that really divided the BFMV fanbase.
Honestly speaking, Matt is not so good vocalist but he is definitely the best songwriter for me. I recommend their softer tracks: A Place Where You Belong - my favorite song from them. It makes me cry every time I listen to it. Bittersweet Memories, Say Goodnight, Dead To The World, P.O.W., Venom are also beautiful songs. I like more their melodic tracks. When 'Knives' was released, I was afraid to hear it. And finally I listened to it a year later (in July 2022) when I was at their gig for the first time. It sounds live better than in studio version. From the self-titled album I'd recommend Death By A Thousand Cuts and Can't Escape The Waves as they have clean vocals and amazing choruses. And from older tracks I also recommend Alone, The Last Fight, You Want A Battle, Hell Or High Water, Take It Out On Me (feat. Benji Webbe).
Anything off The Poison would be great, Hearts Burst Into Fire off Scream Aim Fire. From this album I’d have gone with Rainbow Veins (a very atypical BMFV song but definitely a cool vibe and his vocals are great), Omen, No More Tears To Cry
“A place where you belong” is the name of the song I believed. It’s older but more vocals for you to analyze. Feel like you would like it definitely more mellow. The fever album is my favorite out of all of them
Since you’re back into metalcore I think bad omens would be a great addition to the channel. Noah Sebastian has arguably the best clean vocals in the genre
I would love to hear your take on bullets song "tears dont fall" one of my all time favorite songs and i think you would really give some great insight on its meaning
I haven't heard their newer stuff, but what I will say is if this were me suggesting BFMV, I would've gone with something older; Hand of Blood, Four Words (To Choke Upon), Tears Don't Fall, and Scream Aim Fire are all much better examples of BFMV's vocal chops in my opinion.
backing Scream Aim Fire 100%
Another vote for scream aim fire !
She will lose her mind in the best way possible listening to Four Words lol Also yes to Scream Aim Fire
I feel like this band is an embarassing reminder of things I liked as a teen. Older stuff was definitely better for a reaction however.
No matter what though, it's a very nasally and distorted...and there's lots of studio production added to their vocals.
For something more recent (as in from 2015 lol) I quite liked No Way Out
Oh wow! We're skipping over "Tears Don't Fall", "All These Things I Hate", "Waking the Demon", and "Scream Aim Fire", and going straight to "Knives" first 😱😬
Bullet has soo many good songs specially their ballads and songs with pure cleans
Yeah i was confused too lol
I mean, she did react to Painkiller as her introduction to Judas Priest
All Great songs. I think she will probably go into at least TDF and Scream aim Fire. But all of these would be great tracks
Straight to the heavy, She's officially a Metallhead !
I was thinking the same thing
My favourite is Waking the Demon
Same there both great live!!!
I kinda lost them after The Poison. But with their self-titled album they definitely got back into my playlists.
For the first time i heard them in NFS MW they have 2 songs there and its so suitable for this game.
Damn seeing their name brings back memories. All these things i hate, tears don’t fall, your betrayal, and cries in vain were my favs 🔥🔥🔥
Cries In Vain is soooo underrated.
@@SFutureReacts Literally! Its sad how much it’s not mentioned as much, even amongst BFMV fans.
@@nmmboy The outro is amazing.
@@SFutureReacts Facts, makes you wanna replay it all over.
to this day I know every lyric to The Poison and still one of my favorite albums
"Tears dont fall" and "All These Things I Hate" are my favorites. I'd love to see them get analyzed.
Well it's soft core emo thats about it
Tears don't fall, All these things I hate, The Last Fight and so many more awesome choices from this band I would love to see you listen to!
Would be interesting for a react to cleaner vocals of “Hearts burst into fire” or “Tears don’t fall”. This song while current not a true picture of Matt Tucks’ vocal range. Love your reacts as usual though!!! 😊
A place where you belong is really good too
The Poison is such a good album. I played it on repeat when it came out.
I think I wore out 2 cds for the poison. I know one for sure while in iraq.
"A Place Where You Belong" - emotional and powerful, beautifully written. My opinion, this is their best song.
Definitely. My fav song too.
oh it reminds me my mom. Such a beautiful and underrated song
this one
Road to nowhere is awesome as well.
OH MY GOD I clicked this immediately, I love your channel and Bullet is my favorite band! I’m seeing them headline soon and I’m so excited. Do more Bullet pretty please, something off their first album would be great!!

I would've guessed Tears Don't Fall as a first BFMV reaction but just happy to see Bullet here
Many of their older songs showcase his clean singing much better than their recent releases, and imo his cleans have always been his biggest draw as a vocalist.
He is one of my favorite metal vocals but I have to say their early work is where its at starting with the hand of blood EP and then the poison album.

Venom is so good. That whole album is good.
OMG THANK YOUU, Bullet is my favorite band and I always wanted you to analyze a song from them 😭💖
Hope you like it 🤘
I highly recommend reacting to Apocalyptica - 'Bittersweet' feat. Lauri Ylönen & Ville Valo
This is the best combo of voices, I got shivers every time i hear this song
Agree
Agree 👍👍👍
“Tears don’t fall” by far my favorite song from the band. Would be awesome to see you do a video on it next.
I've been watching you for some time and I WONDERED when these would come across your radar :3. Welcome to one of my favourite bands!
Good Welsh lads BFMV. My best mate was a huge fan of theirs and after he died BFMV lead singer/guitarist took a picture with a supporting message specifically about my mate. Massive respect to them for that.

Seeing these guys live on the 24th...I am super stoked for this show
As always, LOVE your analysis. Tears Don’t Fall, Scream Aim Fire or Hearts Burst Into Fire for the songs they are most known for.
I'm so excited! I've been wanting you to do a review on them. My favorite band since 2005! Please do Tears Don't Fall ❤❤❤
Favorite band ever since 2005.
Same ! I second this ^^
Your Betrayal has one of my favorite intro segments in all of Metal music. Love that song.
Please, please, please do a reaction to Your Betrayal! Really show their vocal variety, clear, harsh, harmonies. One of the best intros ever.
I am so happy you are reacting to Bullet ! Thou I would recommend a song like No More Tears To Cry. It has some cleans as well for you to check out
For your first BFMV you surely picked up the wild one :D I recommend to listen to my personal favourite (because of the lyrics) Dead to the World.....or Hands of Blood or Curses or their most known Tears don' fall are great as well :)
I was incredibly pumped to see your reaction to “Knives” as opposed to their earlier catalog. I love much of their music, but this song and CD in particular is brilliant. Their best, IMO.
I agree with others. You have to check out their older stuff.
Tears Don't Fall. Etc
The older stuff is a better blend of the screaming and clean singing, which is personally my favorite sound of theirs.
100 percent wanna see you react to their older stuff!
Now we want "Tears Don't Fall"! It's a must!
Wow, I am so happy that you are reviewing BFMV. They are great!
If you happen to comment on another song please do "POW".
Another fav band on the channel
Right ? Glad to know I wasn't the only one to freak out XD
And yes we absolutely NEED more BFMV, especially older songs like All These Things I Hate that represent the band's sound more accurately.
It's so cool that you're doing this. I have no valuable comment to contribute, but thank you for being open to making content about this band!
Absolutely a disservice to the band to start with their new stuff, tears don't fall is iconic
Can always recommend Hand of Blood too, their first big song that put them on the map immediately
Great reaction and analysis. Love seeing some BFMV one your channel.
Thanks!
Hit the floor and hearts burst into fire PLEASE
Listened to Bullet for my Valentine back in the day, this song is newer than what I've heard, but I can totally recommend some of their older stuff. Tears Don't Fall, Four Words (To Choke Upon), Cries in Vain, All these things I hate (revolve around me),
Caught them a couple weeks ago opening for Megadeth on the 1st show of their current tour. Also 1st show for BFMV outside the UK since before Covid, and they came out with wild energy, little pent up maybe? 😆
Anyway, they kicked ass with the new stuff and their classic BFMV favorites.
I saw them in July 2022 and in February 2023 in Germany. In February they were touring EU with Jinjer and Atreyu.
My all time favorite band, the band that got me into everything 15 years ago!
If you want to hear them go a little softer the Hearts Burst into Fire is a great one. My personal fave by them and one of my personal faves in general.
"Tears dont fall" please as every one is pushing!!
I know some youtubers "count" the times something is suggested, so just in case that's how it works here too I'm gonna put my suggestions for music in this video too:
In Flames - Alias
Celldweller - Eon
"Alias" is one of my favorite songs of all time and I cannot recommend it enough!
"Shatter" and "Rainbow Veins" from this album are also worth checking out.
Pues ellos tienen baladas muy hermosas, deberías reaccionar a "tears don't fall" o "Venom"
Oh my god they used to be my favorite band of all time, and the first proper metal show I ever went to. I feel like as a vocalist, you would like their albums “the poison”, and “fever”. Your channel rocks and I’m always so excited when you upload
Now hopefully Chris Liepe will do a vocal analysis of Matt Tuck! Anxious to see your analysis of this
If you want a really good showcase of Matt's clean vocals, Road To Nowhere is a fantastic song for it. It's also a pretty damned good ballad in general.
I like the new set… Black, Purple and Pink, a beautiful color combo!
"Make them suffer - ghost of me" is being released in 2 days. Potential song of the year. Range is incredible.
Hand of blood, no control, four words to choke upon, suffocating under words of sorrow, all these things I hate, spit you out, waken the demon, the last fight, a place where you belong, dignity, no way out, skin. There are so many gems from their catalogue that you would have a field day with
Bullet will always be my fav band lol. They’ll always remind me of being 15 and just getting into metalcore 🙌🏻😩
Analysis of Voiceplay's Valhalla Calling please! It's extremely well put together and creative! It's their best song by far!
I recommend anything from their V album or fever album (except maybe the song titled fever, a bit explicit) and if you're wanting to hear more clean vocals, the gravity album is kinda their black sheep album that has a lot of fans divided
A place where you belong is probably my favorite song from them, such a beautiful song
I like it too
Gravity for me was Bullet trying to be Bring Me The Horizon… it sounded like BMTH but with Matt on vocals instead of Oli.
I recommend their softer tracks:
A Place Where You Belong - my favorite song from them.
I agree I think you need to listen to tears don't fall to really get a whole feel for what the bands sound and style is it is not all harsh vocals
“A place where you belong” is the name of the song I believed. It’s older but more vocals for you to analyze. Feel like you would like it definitely more mellow. The fever album is my favorite out of all of them
Super fun song. One of my favorite bands live. I'm particular with live heavy vocals ... Matthew Tuck is one of the best.
Since you’re back into metalcore
I think bad omens would be a great addition to the channel. Noah Sebastian has arguably the best clean vocals in the genre
Yes! Second Noah and Bad Omens
Like A Villain or Just Pretend
Yes I can’t believe she hasn’t done bad omens yet!!
I would love to hear your take on bullets song "tears dont fall" one of my all time favorite songs and i think you would really give some great insight on its meaning
