I love turmeric. My dad used to make me this turmeric infused milk when I was younger. he would bring some fresh turmeric root in some milk to a boil and it is so good!
actually a pinch of black pepper in all your whole foods, be it smoothies, teas, salads etc., help you absorb nutrients from the foods better. some supplement companies have extracted this and added it to their supplements. it's why traditionally south east asians put pepper on everything, including fruit! ☺️

I am a fan of chia pudding but never had it with chocolate,looked very good. The white beans are a must for me to make,love all beans and they looked amazing.Oliver is lucky little boy with 2 chef's in the house.

+Afeefa Ahmed That means that your hair has too much Protein in it. It needs moisture. You should do the "Hair Porosity Test" to see what your hair porosity is.

a great thing to keep in mind is a sprinkle/pinch of black pepper when using turmeric. It helps your body absorb it better.

these ideas all looks so good. I love tea as well and always add turmeric to mine. Adding a little coconut oil to it aids well with the turmeric.

I agree my hair is really brittle and falls a lot. A video on that and hair care would be helpful!
