Well hacking is kinda easy but it depends on the difficulty of the hacking stage, some of the hacking you do in special rank arena is really a pain that it's easier to just slash em using A2, with a bunch of farmed chips of course
1. emil has different stages ( the one you fought was nothing compared to 2nd fight) 2. emil is lvl 99 (aka hardest boss) 3. you need to have maxed all weaps probably should lvl up to 95+
Tips to beat the bosses: 1) A2 is best girl, far stronger than 2B or 9S because of her Berserk mode (B-mode), Taunt and insane Evade Range. Her B-mode alone will save you from being one-shotted by the level 140 enemies at the Flooded City arena (you'll exit B-mode instead of dying) while Taunt provides a massive boost in attack power 2) Proper chip layout is extremely important, but you'll never get your +8 diamond chips without grinding. +8 isn't always the most optimal though, for some chips you can achieve the highest (+8) effect with two or more lower-ranked chips if the game allows the effect to stack (example Overclock +4 and +3 = Overclock +8 and are far easier to get) 3) Upgraded pods can help tremendously (e.g. maxed-out laser pod will spam multiple ricocheting projectiles) 4) Judicious use of Pod Programs depending on the enemy and their grouping can help turn the tide, the most useful are Mirage, Slow and Gravity. 4) Good at Perfect Evade? Invest in Overclock so you can get free hits with zero risk 5) Ancient Overlord has Bullet Rupture that can help with the "bullet hell" enemies; with Critical + it's also good to use for crit builds that invest in Critical Up

The rabbit comes to life after you deal i think 5% of his hp in damage. That why when you were level 20 you couldn't bring him to life. And there is a level 99 emil secret boss. He's definitely the hardest.
I love this video. I was max level and had all the pods and weapons (all maxed) by the time the DLC came out so this was a cakewalk for me. The amused terror in your voice is giving me life. The bullet-bursting weapon (Bullet Rupture) is the short sword Ancient Overlord. The shield for bullets is called M (missile) shield, the other shield being P (physical) shield for melee attacks.
Who knews the CEO of Square Enix was such a badass? And if THAT wasn't enough you also have to fight ANOTHER badass CEO, this boss fight is NUTS i tell you, NUTS! Yeah Emil is no joke. And his other form is even WORSE!
assuming you're really asking tips for these boss fight 1. CEO boss are better fought with A2 by keeping taunt and berserker mode up running by using offensive heal chip, don't forget to turn berserker mode off at around 50% health otherwise you will left at 1 hp after the cutscene ends keep evading his attack if possible, use sword to fight at ground, fist at air. 2. Emil boss is easier to fought with 2B at route A, set partner to aggresive, and use overclock/evade system chip Emil will not attack in midair so using sword/spear is good idea 2nd Emil boss fight (Ending Y) requires you to complete "Emil's Determination" quest and max all weapon enhancement fight is similar to Hagel fight (that one big ball machine in the desert) and you use A2 instead 3. for Amusement Park Rabbit, just use 9S, hack dmg buff, and hack the hell out of him also this boss is EXP machine (around 20-25 times fighting him to go from 50 to 99 with chips) every bosses here are easier to fight with Pod skill A110: Slow, obtainable from mission Data Analysis Freak 2
I don't know about CEO Boss, i need to login back:) I remember on Emil vaguely. You need some "upgrade" which destroy his projectiles (heads) via chain reaction. So you hit one and it jump on all others and destroy them. don't know exactly how is it call. It's been few years... I was lvl 99 and i didn't finished that one arena when everything one-shooted you and you need to survive multiple waves...don't tell me you actually did that:) But seeing you playing this, i should replay whole game again. Good video as always:)
Well for the emil fight you just have to be near or match his level to make the fight easy, as for the arena you'd need to farm and grind a bunch of high level diamond chips
You know you wouldn't be struggling if 2B still had white hair. Everybody knows that white haired characters are OP, lol. I love games that have secret stupidly hard bosses in them. In Soul Calibur 3 (this isn't a boss reference, btw) there is a level 99 character you can fight in 'Chronicles of The Sword' or whatever it was called. He is super annoying but I did beat him once by using cheesey combos and nonstop guard impacts. If you do manage to win you get a good bit of experience. Anyway, do you think you might revisit any of these bosses Quin?
@@QuinBoBin fang of the twins absorbs bullets if you have it fully upgraded also, the arcane overlord/fang of the twins weapon set combo is a lifesaver and has made me almost untouchable

if you keep hacking the bunny one he'll keel over eventually. he's also really good to get max level which makes some of the other bosses more bearable
The quickest way to defeat the bunny is as 9S, a successful hack takes out a HUGE amount of life. And I'm not sure if you know, but if you have found other pods you can do a combined special by holding down the pod program button, the other pods will jump in and use the same pod program stacking its effect. Using the pod program to block projectiles will help against the CEOs
you can upgrade your chips to max by combining them further at a robot down a canyon near the kingdom castle area. also level up around 85 to make Emil and the final super secret boss easier. also A2 is better in arenas for her berserk abilities if timed right.
Easiest way for Emil's fight is to equip m.shield on the pods to defend against ranged attacks. Put the shield on all pods and just spam it while beating the shit out of Emil.
Blade is good to use for the amusement park rabbit because his attacks are slow and easy to evade. You can stay close to him and let Blade hit a lot. It will also work well for anything you can go toe-to-toe with in close combat. But for bosses where you need to evade a lot (e.g. your level is significantly lower) your mileage will drop because Blade obviously needs close proximity to do any damage. For lots of enemies grouped tightly I favor using Mirage, charging it up if it's feasible.
@@Vendemiair when there was a lot of enemies in a place, i would use wave constantly cycling between the 3 pods. It's not effective against flying enemies but it's fun to constantly be in the air because by the time you use the other 2 pods, the cooldown on the first one will have finished.
These bosses are kicking your ass because you're severely underleveled, it would also help to min-max your plugin chips, some are completely useless. For example, the mini map isn't used and the skill gauge is extra, you can tell when your pod program is available when the pod blinks a little light which, if you watch for it, makes the skill gauge worthless. Just level yourself up to be at least to their level and they'll be a fair fight, and Emil is level 99, don't know why the health bar didn't show. A good strategy for all these bosses is using the Ancient Overlord at level four as it explodes bullets when you hit them and using aggressive heal chips so as long as you're doing damage you're also healing. If you still have trouble with bullets I recommend getting the bullet slow chip from the twins, makes it so whenever you're near a bullet time slows, similar to the overload chip. There's really only one pod program I ever used for bosses and it was bomb, charge it up to get all three pods to fire and you'll launch a stupid amount of bombs that will shred anything. Once you beat Emil he will give you Emil Heads, which should be one of the last weapons you get, and once you level every weapon to level four you can speak to Emil and that will give you a quest that ends in another fight. Make sure you save beforehand as there is a missable ending, at the end of the fight something will happen, I don't want to spoil it but you'll know what it is, you want to do nothing and you'll get Ending Y. I might be missing a few tips but this is more than enough to get you through
Upgrade your weapons, just hit the auto lock on button it be a lot easier than manually Aiming my guy lol. Next upgrade your chip you need a lot of melee damage if you’re gonna take those guys on. I’d suggest fuse some chips together to make weapon attack up +4 or 5 like 2 of those, some offensive heal, and melee defense If you want I don’t use it cause I have auto heal. But To up grade chips go to YORHA bunker the guys in the terminal. When your done with all that after you beat the first ceo to half health you have to beat on the president. heavy attacks work on his purple heads. Pass that you were doing just fine.
If you think this was a challenge, wait until you start doing the Challenge DLC in the Flooded City. Years later, and I am still struggling to reach the very end of it.
The Emil boos fight has 2 phases: One underground and one in the dessert which is really sad and there are also Easter eggs that dates back to Nier Gestalt and Replicant.
I defeated Emil (didn't know about the CEO's though, that's great!) and I think I was in the low 80's. It was the longest boss battle I've ever done! Grinding the rabbit as 9s helps a lot.
Pro tip for nier if you wanna make the game easy mode lol. Go back to the bunny at the amusement park as 9S, and after you get the bunny to agro, hack it as 9S. Its like an instant kill, or close to it, and he gives a BUTT load of xp. And you can farm this. But remember, with great power comes great responsibility 😂 Oh, and there's one more secret boss 👀
Oh dude when you reach the real Emil boss you are in for a treat 😂 even at Lvl 95 i lucked out with the one in the cave but then the last one i just gave up to be honest. But you are in for a good bit of story!
It might help if you lock on to the targets. And find a place that you can farm for exp to lvl up faster. Also farm chips with sideways squares (I think) by their name and fuse them together so you have more room for more chips. The chips with the sideways square take up less space so 2 without them could take up 10 slots, but 2 with squares would only take up 5 slots. Just example numbers.
THE MAD LADS GONE AND DONE IT! 🔥🔥😂 Tbh I didn't actually think you'd drop a video on the secret bosses after I made that comment on your last Nier video, mainly because they're such a high level and its such an out of the way thing to get to in the game. But you dropped the banger in less than a week! The RUclips grind is real, big props my man, loving the content, keep it up! 🔥💪

As for where to find the quest its in the resistance camp next to where you woke up as 9s.really ez to find Also edit emil is lvl 99 ma dude And use 9s's hacking if you are underlvld because thats not scaled nor tied to your lvl so you could do them
Golden machines and bunny are really tough. You need to keep hitting them if u play as 2B or A2. Hacking is easier. Also, that bunny gives tons of exp so u can lvl up faster.
The bunny in the Amusement Park is a great way to level to 99 btw! That's what I did. I would also recommend a high level Offensive Heal chip for the CEO fight.
I remember doing the bunny at level 78 and he woke up in about 30 seconds 🤣 it definitely scales with your level and takes longer the lower level you are.
5:31 he might be the ultimate bald man, but is he "freaking invincible!!" ? I'm so sad the game doesn't work good on PC, I had it 4 times that my safe got deleted and I had to start all over @.@ not very fun tbh.

About the bunny, u might notice some pattern there, i forgot but its something like The bunny will ignore u if u do X But the bunny will start to target u when u do Y Which create a situation where u can kill him by closing ur eyes as u keep doing X, and he will keep chasing 9S
@@QuinBoBin well if u want to take a risk, it can be faster if u neglect all kind of chip but attack, especially the charged attack but the risk is that u might get one shot-ed, but as i saw u, i think u would go for it for the sake of chill n u have confident in dodging so why not right?
A good way to level up is by fighting the golden bunny statue a few times it took me six or seven fights to go from lvl 66 to lvl 99 The best way to kill the bunny is hacking it as 9s. In the Emil fight if your lvl 60 - 70 you can get to half of his health before he does an explosion which is undodgable and 1hit ko’s so it’s better to get to max level. To beat Emil just keep dodging you can keep dodging in the balls part. Just attack him when there is no balls and he is standing still and fight him in a chapter where you have 2B to help you and equip bomb pod you should also lvl up your weapons and chips I used a tank chip set up I basically had tons of health, defense, could counter and could heal overtime either by kills or time without getting hit so it was not that difficult. I found the 2 first weapons you get in the game to be the most useful( I might be wrong but it’s what I used mostly and felt they were quite reliable and easy to combo). There is also the second fight with Emil after you collect all weapons it shouldn’t be a that difficult if you were able to beat the first fight against Emil then this one shouldn’t pose any problems. Use the missles pod and bomb pod and you should be fine. I have no tips for the CEO’s since I didn’t even know they were a thing I 100% the game but didn’t know about it so might download it again just to fight them. Hope this tips helps you or anyone who is trying to defeat this bosses.

Who knews the CEO of Square Enix was such a badass? And if THAT wasn't enough you also have to fight ANOTHER badass CEO, this boss fight is NUTS i tell you, NUTS!
Yeah Emil is no joke. And his other form is even WORSE!
oh damn i didnt even make it that far
@@QuinBoBin By other form i, of course, mean the other secret boss you haven't fought yet
Wants to beat the secret bosses.....
*Doesn't lvl to 99*
but im gaming
@@QuinBoBin more like failing 😅
Tip for Emil: Equip the slowdown chip
assuming you're really asking tips for these boss fight
1. CEO boss are better fought with A2 by keeping taunt and berserker mode up running by using offensive heal chip, don't forget to turn berserker mode off at around 50% health otherwise you will left at 1 hp after the cutscene ends
keep evading his attack if possible, use sword to fight at ground, fist at air.
2. Emil boss is easier to fought with 2B at route A, set partner to aggresive, and use overclock/evade system chip
Emil will not attack in midair so using sword/spear is good idea
2nd Emil boss fight (Ending Y) requires you to complete "Emil's Determination" quest and max all weapon enhancement
fight is similar to Hagel fight (that one big ball machine in the desert) and you use A2 instead
3. for Amusement Park Rabbit, just use 9S, hack dmg buff, and hack the hell out of him
also this boss is EXP machine (around 20-25 times fighting him to go from 50 to 99 with chips)
every bosses here are easier to fight with Pod skill A110: Slow, obtainable from mission Data Analysis Freak 2
I don't know about CEO Boss, i need to login back:)
I remember on Emil vaguely. You need some "upgrade" which destroy his projectiles (heads) via chain reaction. So you hit one and it jump on all others and destroy them. don't know exactly how is it call. It's been few years...
I was lvl 99 and i didn't finished that one arena when everything one-shooted you and you need to survive multiple waves...don't tell me you actually did that:)
But seeing you playing this, i should replay whole game again. Good video as always:)
Yes I did that it was horrible lol but it’s my favourite game so it was fun
@@QuinBoBin if you grab the Volt pod program, charging it to level 3 does insane single target damage you should try it!
I thought a lot more people knew about this secret boss lol
Anyway, do you think you might revisit any of these bosses Quin?
loool qhitw hair is too strong
Just wanted to say that you do be my favorite youtuber. came to this channel for code vein vids and stayed for the big strong man.
:) thanks !
Man you scared me. I thought i knew you. Nice video either way
This is just an episode of Quin getting his head smacked for 12 minutes straight.
and it was great
if you fully upgrade arcane overlord you can blow up bullets v useful for fights like the ceo fight where you're just constantly being bombarded
Ooh I didn’t know that that’ll be huge for those fights thanks !
@@QuinBoBin fang of the twins absorbs bullets if you have it fully upgraded also, the arcane overlord/fang of the twins weapon set combo is a lifesaver and has made me almost untouchable
i love how you act when you facing the hard situation...
you just laughing all time and enjoy the game...
this inspire me...like when facing a hard time...just cheer...
and i wish i have a family or friend like you...
This the first video of yours that I came across and good God I haven't gotten a great laugh over a RUclips video in so long. Your content is so refreshing and I love it! Instant subscribe my man! Hope to be watching more of your videos!
wow thanks ! glad you like the videos :)
if you keep hacking the bunny one he'll keel over eventually. he's also really good to get max level which makes some of the other bosses more bearable
yeah but thats no fun
hacking him is the easiest way to level up
The quickest way to defeat the bunny is as 9S, a successful hack takes out a HUGE amount of life. And I'm not sure if you know, but if you have found other pods you can do a combined special by holding down the pod program button, the other pods will jump in and use the same pod program stacking its effect. Using the pod program to block projectiles will help against the CEOs
yeah thtas a good idea tbh
you can upgrade your chips to max by combining them further at a robot down a canyon near the kingdom castle area. also level up around 85 to make Emil and the final super secret boss easier. also A2 is better in arenas for her berserk abilities if timed right.
Yeah she would be good but can’t you only do the ceo boss as 2b ?
@@QuinBoBin no you can do it with all 3 characters
MrReddragon543 oh wow ok I’ll have to give it a try with the others o feel like nines would be real good
@@QuinBoBin his hacking is decent. use combust chips to deal burn damage when you hack
Wait for he discover the special level in the arena.
Oof, that looked rough for you. Good try though! I need to play this game one day, looks crazy fun!
its soo good ! i highly suggest it
@@QuinBoBin Very cool! Thanks, I'll have to try it sometime!
Use paired slow dodge chips, grind for weapons, and get that muscle memory up.
I also recommend playing with one finger on R1and one on R2. Little robos machine gun will keep your DPS at a constant
I thought I saw NTR on the thumbnail, and then I checked it back it is NiER
Loool
funny because I didn't know about the CEO's but i defs knew about the statue at the park. I farmed him for money and drops.
Easiest way for Emil's fight is to equip m.shield on the pods to defend against ranged attacks. Put the shield on all pods and just spam it while beating the shit out of Emil.
One tactic thats an absolute boss killer is the pod program: blade. If you have all 3 pods and charge it to max, then it shreds health bars
oh thts a good idea i usually never switch off the ones i have
Blade is good to use for the amusement park rabbit because his attacks are slow and easy to evade.
There's also a DLC challenge arena for 9S where you get to arena fight as machines you've taken control of from hacking
could be fun
I really love the way you speak during your commentaries
thanks im glad
poor quin getting be-head-ed XD
Look
@@QuinBoBin :D
I might be missing a few tips but this is more than enough to get you through
yeah i nned to level up for real for real
Pass that you were doing just fine.
yeah thats probably a good idea lol
If you think this was a challenge, wait until you start doing the Challenge DLC in the Flooded City.
Years later, and I am still struggling to reach the very end of it.
yeah i heard its rough
Pro tip: don't die
good idea
The Emil boos fight has 2 phases:
One underground and one in the dessert which is really sad and there are also Easter eggs that dates back to Nier Gestalt and Replicant.
When you say you beat the game it's kinda hard to accept that your the type of person who would bother by how you act XD haha
loool i love this game
Judging from the gap of your level, you should grind from the Rabbit first and get a decent mods like Critical and Attack.
Yeah probably a good idea tbh
I actually grinded levels using Adam's pit in the desert, it got me to about 70
I defeated Emil (didn't know about the CEO's though, that's great!) and I think I was in the low 80's. It was the longest boss battle I've ever done!
Grinding the rabbit as 9s helps a lot.
the bunny is such a good grinding spot. He levels you up like 4 times on level 90. Just spam hacking. i hate it. but effective
yeah its great but oh my god is it boring
Pro tip for nier if you wanna make the game easy mode lol.
Go back to the bunny at the amusement park as 9S, and after you get the bunny to agro, hack it as 9S. Its like an instant kill, or close to it, and he gives a BUTT load of xp. And you can farm this.
But remember, with great power comes great responsibility 😂
Oh, and there's one more secret boss 👀
yeah but idk if i wanna farm that it doesn't sounds very fun lol
0:21 i really don't know , a god tier waifu nonetheless
the questions scientists can't answer
wait....isn't that ceo boss a dlc boss?
So...basic answer to the "impossible bosses":
JUST FUCKING LEVEL UP!
yeah probably a good idea lol
Oh dude when you reach the real Emil boss you are in for a treat 😂 even at Lvl 95 i lucked out with the one in the cave but then the last one i just gave up to be honest. But you are in for a good bit of story!
It might help if you lock on to the targets. And find a place that you can farm for exp to lvl up faster. Also farm chips with sideways squares (I think) by their name and fuse them together so you have more room for more chips. The chips with the sideways square take up less space so 2 without them could take up 10 slots, but 2 with squares would only take up 5 slots. Just example numbers.
the reason i dont is cause when you lock on the spread is really inaccurate
@@QuinBoBin true true. What about the other pods and their upgrades/abilities?
I’d definitely tell people that this is my favorite game if only it wasn’t so god damn hard to pronounce
loool the name is the hardest boss
"Close to a tomato" or something like that.
Feels like I've experienced this somewhere before.... Armstrong????
Turns out CEOs aren't as strong as Nier thought they were.....
THE MAD LADS GONE AND DONE IT! 🔥🔥😂
Tbh I didn't actually think you'd drop a video on the secret bosses after I made that comment on your last Nier video, mainly because they're such a high level and its such an out of the way thing to get to in the game.
But you dropped the banger in less than a week!
The RUclips grind is real, big props my man, loving the content, keep it up! 🔥💪
loool i try them but it doesn't really work out
Dude thats not the guy who made the game ,he merely published it.Yoko Taro is the man;)
Also sugestion:))
Do the gathering keepsakes sode quest for 9s if you have time, its super worth ot especially if you did emil memories. As for where to find the quest its in the resistance camp next to where you woke up as 9s.really ez to find
Also edit emil is lvl 99 ma dude
And use 9s's hacking if you are underlvld because thats not scaled nor tied to your lvl so you could do them
i know i know
What's do you use for your editing software?
adobe premiere
@@QuinBoBin Thanks for the quick reply.
Golden machines and bunny are really tough. You need to keep hitting them if u play as 2B or A2. Hacking is easier. Also, that bunny gives tons of exp so u can lvl up faster.
yeah i think i might farm him a little
The bunny in the Amusement Park is a great way to level to 99 btw! That's what I did. I would also recommend a high level Offensive Heal chip for the CEO fight.
I feel like I had a trick to destroy a lot of Emil’s bullets, but I can’t for the life of me remember what I did
Emil is over 9000+ years old
I really thought this was going to be the unknown level 135 goliath tank, I guess not. I was looking for how to beat that lol.
I thought the boss was Senator Armstrong for a sec
loool i wish
gonna mark this day in my calendar,,, quin asked for tips
Xaecilie I’ve never done that
@@QuinBoBin so i pretend the evidence in this video does not exist 👀
When you perfect dodge you can use your pod to shoot a grenade. Didn't know if you knew that or not.
yeah i just always forget in the moments lol
I remember doing the bunny at level 78 and he woke up in about 30 seconds 🤣 it definitely scales with your level and takes longer the lower level you are.
yeah youre probably right i think it wakes up when you do a third of his health or something like that
U forgot about the 2nd Emil boss in the desert
yeah i figured there were more that one is super hard to get going tho
Very nice
You are giving me a disease
Cuz i sure as hell got a sickness for that 2b thiccnes
sounds about right
funny commentary! I like it! :D
Glad you liked it
5:31 he might be the ultimate bald man, but is he "freaking invincible!!" ?
I'm so sad the game doesn't work good on PC, I had it 4 times that my safe got deleted and I had to start all over @.@ not very fun tbh.
i think he is
You should try the FAR mod, it fixes a lot of issues with the PC version

thanks ill have to give it a try once i get there cause my save is gone :/
what is your difficulty in this game? i played in normal and planning to do hard for my next play lol
uhh just normal i think idk
Such a Good performance doing those dodges jajaja
i try
I did all the secret bosses after I grinded all the way to level 90+ so all of them were VERY easy.
If you want a challenge stay below level 80.
About the bunny, u might notice some pattern there, i forgot but its something like
The bunny will ignore u if u do X
But the bunny will start to target u when u do Y
Which create a situation where u can kill him by closing ur eyes as u keep doing X, and he will keep chasing 9S
yeah he doesnt seem too bad but my god that fight takes years
@@QuinBoBin well if u want to take a risk, it can be faster if u neglect all kind of chip but attack, especially the charged attack
but the risk is that u might get one shot-ed, but as i saw u, i think u would go for it for the sake of chill n u have confident in dodging so why not right?
the enemies are ungodly tanky unless you are within a level or two, luckily its pretty easy to level
I bought the game because of this video ;-;
hope you like it !
@@QuinBoBin
I played 11 hours in my first day so... Yeah, pretty much
Fight as 9S against the bunny, you can hack him and do decent damage if I remember correctly. :D
yeah that's smart but for the sake of a fun video i did it with 2b
I can't believe the guy is level 63 and still doesn't know how to use the Pods' target lock ...
i do it doesnt spread if you shoot it yourself
Boyo... don't worry, I believe in you!! YOU CAN DO IT!!
i will someday
A good way to level up is by fighting the golden bunny statue a few times it took me six or seven fights to go from lvl 66 to lvl 99
The best way to kill the bunny is hacking it as 9s.
Hope this tips helps you or anyone who is trying to defeat this bosses.
yeah 9s is really good for boss fights
The laser pod is op especially with it's release form
Reach max level by hacking the shit outta the gold bunny and get some better plug in chips
oh man that sounds rough
I loved these fights, such a unique set of boss fights.
yeah they are all really good
You´re level 63. not a chance you make it on such a low level man. these battles are meant to be really hard and intended for final leves only.
Damn that thumbnail is so confusing, I thought there will be an NTR in this video hahahahahahahaha
loool oh no
To counter Emil , use pod program "Projectile Shield"
smart
@@QuinBoBin Or , just get to Level 99 :3
