I was in Melbourne in 1997 when I went to watch the Aussie production of Les Mis and Hugh Jackman played the student leader. .after the play, I went to grab a coffee with my friend and as we left, I bumped into Hugh Jackman himself. I was sooo awestruck because in person he is very tall, about 6 feet 4 inches and so good looking. I could only stand there and gawk.
Wow hard to believe he played the student leader in the 1997 Aussie production of Les Miserables and he played Veljean in the film version of Les Miserables full circle.
