I recently purchased a 2023 Tucson Hybrid on 12/3/22. I loved the car when I test drove it and watched hours of reviews from RUclips. One thing that every single review failed to mention, is the issue Hyundai has with their panoramic sunroofs, as well as the small piece of glass inbetween the sunroof and the front windshield. There have been class action lawsuits filed against Hyundai because apparently these pieces of glass like to spontaneously burst. This happened to my 2023 Tucson after just ONE WEEK of driving. Walked out to my car ready to head to work, and noticed this giant crack in the glass, expanding from one end all the way to the other end. Car is back at the dealership right now, allegedly getting fixed at no cost to me. But some of the personal stories I've read online make me hesitant to believe that Hyundai is actually going to cover it. I'll come back with more details once I get an update. But just wanted other buyers to be aware of this common issue. I am not very pleased.

It’s missing this panoramic sunroof; maybe it’s not in US versions, which is too bad because that would’ve been icing on the cake. And either my version doesn’t have the ability to drive forward by itself or I haven’t figured that out yet….
The location of the rear turn signals is unfortunate. The driver behind another car behind Tucson doesn't see that Tucson is giving a signpost ... Dangerous!

Guys i have a question.. my tucson 2019 when engine is started, i must just very gently press the acceleration petal for some meters and then accelerate! If i try to drive immediately, it starts to push like trying to find the speed and to doesnt fully engage to the D1 etc for some seconds. My CLatch disks are brand new. Is it normal?
It just so happens that my old 2005 Tucson GLS is deemed ready for retirement because of Subframe corrosion. The engine is outliving the car and yes this is the car I am going to purchase for sure. The competition better be prepared to be blown out of the water because Hyundai has really outshone all of them with this car.
@@tommurphy4307 I actually bought the Kona instead. I loved the Tucson but the price range wasn’t in my bracket. But the Kona was and even though I downsized a bit, I’m very satisfied with my new 2022 Kona. Doesn’t chew up the gas and is just right for what I need it for. I’m a crafter and I go to craft fairs frequently. Thus lots of stuff to haul. This little SUV can hold quite a bit of stuff with the rear seats folded down and it takes a little thinking of how to place things inside. But I do find it very easy to unload as well as load. It depends on the consumers needs.
Nope... doesn't apply to any current Hyundais. Those are related to the old Theta engine that hasn't been installed in any Hyundai for many years now. Current Hyundai engines are reliable and backed by a 10 year powertrain warranty.

Bought the 2022 SEL Premium two weeks ago. I had a 2016 Rogue. So far it’s been a nice upgrade. I really like the wireless Apple CarPlay.
