The Aeravator is a must have for fall overseeding. Definitely gonna keep my eyes open for a used one for my Grasshopper 928D

I just killed a yard off and aerated fertilized and seeded it. Thought about your video's the whole time. I have been pretty successful on doing it but like watching the process too. Hope they water. I told him now it's your turn, water light and frequent basically. The success is in your hands.

liquid chelated iron will kill that moss around the edges and help the fescue once it's established

GCI Turf Services I will I'd like to renovate my side lawn this fall and one of those would come on handy. What would you recommend I do with watering because its roughly 50,000 square ft and I don't have time to move sprinklers around
