Fit and function is always a key consideration when making a decision about value for money and what kit to invest in. So I hope this review helps! What was the most useful bit for you and is there anything else ypu would like me to have a look at?
Great review!! Although they are pricey, they will be on my radar for sure. It is always nice to see a quality tool that is more than marketing fluff. Did you find the 2X magnification about right?
Nice idea but for over $800 I'll be sticking with my £12 headset from ebay that works absolutely fine with my prescription glasses and also has a light. I also won't ever have to send it back to the USA should my prescription change.
Yeah, that was what I was trying to say about making sure fit and function matches your needs to create value for money. If it works for you, then boom job done! If it doesn't hit the fit and function for you, then it doesn't matter if it costs $10 or $10,000, then it is not value for money for you. But everyone has different needs, so it is always good to look at options available
Great review but I nearly fell off my chair when I saw the price. I got designer glasses from my local opticians especially for my eyesight when painting miniatures at a fraction of the price. While it does mean I have to switch my glasses over frequently when painting which is an annoyance, I couldn't justify the price of "wow" glasses. BTW, your videos are consistently good.
Thats interesting and thankyou for the heads up. I just checked myself and got the same for the first time which is weird. I will get in touch with the CraftOptics team and see whats up. It might just be an out of date website security certificate but I will find out and get back to you
Unfortunately I’m with Martin Connor, @ $1200 Aussie dollars not including postage and shipping this is well beyond my and most others budget plus a prescription change would cost in time, money only the gods would know and we haven’t even addressed the chances of your loupes being lost or damaged in transit.. sorry thanks but no thanks however many thanks for your video 🫡👍

Thanks I appreciate it! Yeah, I found the x2 magnification great to really allow me to see the detail
