What happems when there is an inch height where the frame doesn't go in?¿
Hello, its always very important that you measure your glass sliding door height before purchase. You need to measure your glass sliding door height from top inside channel all the way to the bottom inside channel. If your height is between 2.0-2.1m then you have a standard height. If your height is less than 2m or taller than 2.1m then you will need a custom height pet door insert and we specialise with custom height pet door inserts. You will always have 10cm adjustment on top of the pet door insert (top adjustable panel that goes up and down by 10cm). Thank you and let us know if we can help more! Hello, yes we can. we have special wheels that go inside bottom of the pet door insert and you can connect pet door to your glass sliding door that slides. Please check how wide is your bottom inside channel of glass sliding door as for wheels to work, it needs to be 26mm or more. what locks the pet door to the house?
Hello - you need to relocate all your female latches to either our adaptor or a locking bracket. And to secure pet door to your sliding door frame, you just need to put 1 screw through the existing screw hole where female latch used to sit to connect pet door insert through the frame. Yes we do deliver to USA. Approx how much is shipping to Florida?
Depending on size of the pet door insert, it can cost up to $400 AUD. But email us when you get access and we will see if our production can make a pet door that will be foldable in half and delivery should be cheaper. @@4LifeChanges310
